City's captain, Vincent Kompany, will not face any disciplinary action for his reaction to his sending-off in the fiery contest.

No doubt the Mourinho-licking Guardian journalists are fuming at that decision.

I'm just amazed that this thread has even come up. Firstly, because it could only ever be a one game ban and secondly because true conspiracy theorists would know that they wouldn't give him an extra games ban because that'd prevent them from sending him off again against the Rags.

"Of more concern to Pellegrini is the absence of captain Vincent Kompany this weekend for the first match of his three-game ban after the early sending-off at Hull."

Daily Mail says it's only 1 game ban

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footba ... -kick.html

Quote: "that means Kompany will now serve his mandatory one-match suspension for the red card in this weekend’s home clash against Fulham and then be eligible for the derby against Manchester United on March 25."

Typical Sky anti-City bullshit????
