I didn't say that either. I don't hate Edin I'm just really frustrated with his lack of effort and shocking touch.

I'm frustrated with a whole bunch of them this season, dzekos the only one with worshippers claiming his perfection tho.

I did not see worshippers for a long time i see haters and dont say u but even when hes score they crap on him

Like u said there is far worse preformance this season , nobody crap abaut Aguero and hes form compere to last season is drop much more then Dzeko and that is what i m pointing out , Barry is awful almost half of season Hart have crap season compere to last one Garcia is well fuck it e.In all honesty i really do not care will he sit om bench go from club or whatever only time i want him to do good is when he is in National team and he do wonders there .

Think you need to read the date on that post. This thread has been dragged out of deep storage, and rightly so. He's got a shit first touch, the wind can blow him off the ball, he misses millions of chances, but how many more crucial goals does Edin have to score before he is recognized as a legend? Love the guy.

What's that 22 for the season now? And people want him gone. Retarded.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Dzeko is becoming a City legend. Crucial goals and a great bloke. He took a selfie on my missus phone on Wednesday at a promo near Dukes. Aguero scored the winner against QPR but Edin scored too.

There is no way he should be sold.
He's scored consistently throughout the season, he gets big goals and more than anything, he's always fit.
Some of our fans though will never warm to him which is a shame.

The fact is he pops up with crucial goals and sometimes great assists. But most of the time he is truly awful in control and passing (and shooting) - so how do you reconcile the 2 Dzekos? Is the one worth the other?

I'd say so. The biggest factor is honestly that he's always fit. Aguero, Negredo and Jovetic have all been plagued with injuries to some degree. If we hadn't have had Dzeko, there is no way we'd be in the title race still.

He is an enigma though. I don't agree that he's awful at passing, quite often he plays very acute one touch lay offs when dropping deep a bit such as his pass for Toure yesterday.
A real confidence player and when he is confident he's very good as we saw yesterday.

If we're going to start getting rid of strikers, then Jovetic and Negredo should be shown the door before him but there's no reason to get rid of anyone.

His passing of lately has been at the same level as when he first came there. In between though there's been bouts of true awkwardness. He's an intelligent player though, should get more credit for that.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

His first touch and ball control are really bad, if he has to use his feet that is. Other than that, he's good in the air, as proven yesterday. His passing is not too shabby either. It's just his ball control, running with the ball, etc.
