But they lost, so it's fuck all to do with him.

it's funny how it works out like that. Radio 5 Lies more or less pushing this bullshit.

It's great news as it means next season will carry massive expectations for him.
He's been able to get away with things this year but earlier in the year was saying that next year would be THE year. Already he is back tracking on that.
In addition then from the press in the past Abramovich has always wanted a style of play more akin to that which we, or Liverpool this year, have produced.

So next year he has a double whammy to contend with, win a big trophy and play with style and entertainment.

Ps just realised that they might still win the league this year so humble pie from me if they do.....

So good to see Simeone get the better of him on a fraction of the budget.

I hope the rags don't get Simeone he has worked wonders at AM.

Abramvich wanted Barcelona playstyle like in 2011 but is never going to get it. He hasn't the players or the manager for it.

Looks to me with the benefit of hindsight that Mourinio tried to be too clever on Wednesday. Had he attacked they may have got done anyway but with a lumpen defensive team they were actually disgraced.Mind you the real question is how Simeone has got a team of journeymen passing, pressing and running off the ball at this superb level. It can only be some sort of pact with the devil.

I suspect he maybe getting the Mata treatment soon. To be fair to Joes, he has been proven right with that one.

I dont like the public dressing down of players, I much prefer Pellers way of dealing with the Media. However, we all know Jose loves a soundbite and he hates to not be on the back page.

I'm not sure what he's saying, is he blaming Hazard for the team failure?

He'll be after getting rid for a huge sum so they can spend big again.

Doubt Madrid would entertain it tbh. Begs the question of the replacement goalie though. If Casillias was in the mix though...

It's a response to Hazard's bleatings in the press earlier. I detest players using the media as their own personal vehicle even more (and we know from Hazard's transfer that he likes to be the social media centre of attention).
Good to see some disharmony in the ranks though, pity they only have a couple of matches left.

If Hazard becomes available, we MUST sign him this time.

He is the best opponent we have faced this season at the Et, & that includes Messi.

He's been hot and cold when I've seen him BUT it's his first season which could explain it. (I did see one match which he single-handedly won for them).
I have a feeling that off the pitch he is more trouble than he is worth though.
