Can we wield out some belters from during the season too?

Here's Stan Collymore with an absolute gem last month

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/ ... rt-3435097 - City's "mercenaries" lacking heart of Gerrard!! Really! Even from a man who was morally bankrupt years ago that's a tad awkward. But wait, oh eck this is an even more awkward moment ....

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0XiT7TE8dX4 - "When Gerrard Picks up that Trophy" - good job you retired Alan!

Wait a minute, alls I've heard over the course of the season is that 'City should've walked it with that squad' yet it was the minority who actually believed we'd win it at the start of the season?

Just shows how parameters can be changed and histories re-written to show us in a negative light.

Looks like our win has pissed on their chips and the fact that we won a double has been swiftly swept under the carpet. I suppose their yearning for the 'Dippers to do it for the 96' has somewhat curtailed their passion to give us any positive focus, to be replaced with Dick van Dyke being disappointed with our lack of English players.

I wonder how many English players started for Arsenal yesterday Mr DvD?
In the words of my Old Man, "Life will never be the same without Man City, so get it in while you can".

I expect more of the same next season. Maureen will be hungry, if Chelsea sign a striker, the dippers love in will continue, the rags love in will be back, city will be restricted in the tfr market yada yada yada

With LvG being appointed tomorrow (apparently) ... they are the instant favourites for a treble or quadruple if you ask me.
