I wish Omar was allowed to come over here & train properly under the Count. He is one of the best purveyors of a killer pass in the final 3rd you could see anywhere. There are just so many examples, some of it is genius. He needs that extra sharpness of playing & training at a proper level & if he doesn't do it soon, it will be gone forever.

I bet we could get 50% improvement out of him. Whether he'd suit our team, I've no idea, but he is such a potential talent, he needs to be playing somewhere better before he loses it.

Not sure we learned a great deal from that. Jovetic has real quality and hopefully a full season will prove that. Lopes also has quality and nice though that goal was, as were a few good breaks, he also messed up a good few times more than he should.Huws actually looked neat and tidy. Leigh even in a very short cameo messed up big time once.Bytyqi ia another James Milner type but nowhere near as good.

Plenty to like in Boyata and Nasti but enough to worry at the same time.Richard Wright should be our number one keeper.
