Other games this week (and the next)

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

They had three stone cold penalties. Plus Beto was almost at the 6 yard line.

I feel bad for them. Don't want to be in their fans shoes.

Rakitic is pretty good, imo. Worth a look at.

Just watched highlights of the pens.

The 2 saved Benfica pens were terrible but the keeper was also way off his line too early. But Benfica deserve to lose for those 2 awful pens

I thought he was absolutely outstanding. Recreated the Silva volley pass from the 6-1 on one occasion, but the striker fucked it up, as they all did.

Probably one of the worst displays of mass striking incompetence I've ever seen.

Like a meeting of the Darius Vassell society.

It's a bit rubbish that the FA Cup final and Atleti vs Barca are on at the same time.

At least nothing clashes with the playoff final, though I was also hoping for Wigan vs Brighton.

Wow, Barca bitched out. They're only giving Atletico 447 tickets out of like 95,000 total. And, they're charging 90 euros per ticket.

Why are you shocked? This isn't anything new. Atletico was lucky to get 447 tickets. Real has gotten as low as 250 away tickets against Barca. Each clubs decided how many tickets the away support get.

Feck me, surely the FA Cup Final gets it's own thread?

Or, at least it will do ;-)

I find it hard to give a shit about the FA Cup final today. Obviously I want Hull to win but it won't ruin my day if they don't.

The Barca Athletico game is of far more interest to me. The Scottish Cup Final is a 3pm ko between two sides that don't tend to win cups and are quite likable clubs and the outcome is hard to predict, the FA Cup is the 3rd on my list for today. Sad state of affairs.
