first one reads like sarcasm, which i think was intended given the "jokes aside". the second one is more serious.
if his agent is spouting out this bullshit why doesn't he fire him?

either way, he's under contract so he cant leave even if he wants to. too bad.

Every top player is under contract.

The fact that he said "please don't take words that do not come out of MY mouth seriously...."

How about you fire this fuckhole who keeps mouthing off in YOUR name? Then we won't need to judge at all.

His latest tweet though:

Everything dimitry said is true . He speaks for me . I will give an interview after world cup to explain

Feel a but disappointed by all this but when a player mouths off like that he should be brought in line or moved out. It's really not holistic.

Storm in the proverbial teacup. I love Yaya but he risks looking a complete twat if he and his agent keep this up.

its that gobshite of an agent thats to blame.

We can all be disappointed if we dont get what we expect in recognition from our employers and we can have a private bitch about it to friends and faily, but you dont expect a close friend to go blabbing like a twat and putting you in a difficult situation that you have to explain yourself out of.

Fuck.

Does this explain the way he celebrates his goals? Always seems to be angry and spitting, swinging his arm and stuff.

Has anyone else noticed this?

True, but it's such a petty thing you'd think that Toure would come out and say he deny this, instead he says that everything his agent says is true.

Exactly what this needs. To be treated as the piss take it is.... regardless of how serious Yaya or his agent might feel about it...

Their confirmed source was his agent speaking to The Sun. It was bollox that they'd investigate first. The days of decent journalism are gone - you either report rumour now or come out with a confirmed story once everyone has lost interest

Quite frankly, if he's in agreement with what his agent said, then he can fuck off. To come out publicly and complain that your employer didn't wish you happy birthday is pathetic.

Put in a transfer request, find someone willing to pay £40m (£60m if an English club) and go to someone who'll brown nose you.

This is from march last year. Seluk said: “If he signs a contract in the next three or four days, okay.

and so on.

This is going nowhere, let's calm down. He signed a new contract and our board will take care of this pseudo problem. It is clear as day that Secunt wants more money for himself, after the season Yaya had.

I trust Pellers and i trust Khaldoon and the spaniards. No worries lads, our board knows what they are doing. He can't leave without the club allowing him to go.

He came out contradicting Seluk and then no doubt got a complaint and now '' supports' him. Note how the statement will come after the World Cup. I'm not holding my breath. Yaya hasn't done himself any favours by his tweets . It's disrespectful to the Club and it makes him look like a complete idiot. Still this story is going nowhere IMO.

Last year he had a couple of years left on his contact, so it was always going to get extended which it did, outside the timeframe set by his rep. This time, the same rep has acted like a knob and now Yaya says he agrees with him.

If he doesn't backtrack from this pretty quickly, he's in the Tevez camp and whether he stays or goes, personally I'll always think of him as the childish, petty twat he's making himself look. Although, like Tevez, I'm sure some will welcome him back like a battered wife

You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer.
