"Southampton are considering a £2.5 million bid for Manchester City winger despite uncertainty over Mauricio Pochettino's future Manchester City winger Scott Sinclair is set to be offered the chance to rebuild his faltering career with Southampton. Sinclair has endured a nightmare two seasons but has been identified as a potential summer target by Southampton, despite the uncertainty surrounding the future of head coach Mauricio Pochettino."

Just keep Milner ,please City do not let that man go. Valencia offer 30 mill for Edin if true i think we should take it , Yes hes good but for 30 mill we got almost all money back with all that hes done - great transfer via money and goals return. Plus with 30 mill and some add to that we can hunt Costa or we can take some younger cheaper discovery and still have 3 WC strikers.

Defo staying: Hart, Zabs, Kompany, Demi, Kolarov, Navas, Fred, Nasri, Negredo, Jovetic.

Everyone else is a possibility in my eyes.

I can't see Clichy, Silva, Garcia, Nastasic, Aguero or Dzeko leaving but you never know with makeweight deals and big offers what could potentially happen. If Real offered Isco and £50M for Aguero, could you imagine City turning that down?

We are a club struggling to come to terms with FFP though.

I'd be more surprised to see Dzeko leave than Negredo.

Id show my arse in Burtons window if they sold Silva. He is the example of how the current mob want the team to play.

I'm not totally convinced Negredo or Navas will still be here. I 90% expect they will, but there is just that chance, if we needed to free up funds & squad places/positions for a deal suddenly opening up (eg Angel DiMaria), we could move one or both of them on again.

To be honest I've been a bit disappointed with Navas. He doesn't take on his man enough for me. I can certainly see him going. The player I'd love is Sanchez. He's incredibly quick dribbling with the ball and embarrasses defenders for fun.

It's hard to imagine Negredo's early season form being a complete flash in the pan. The shoulder injury seemed to drag on and he ended up losing his confidence. I think we should give him another year.

Navas' complete disappearence at the end of the season makes me think that he may have been yet another player who was carrying an injury. At times he looked like he could have played fullback & wing on his own, then at times couldn't do much at either end.

Negredo looked a lot sharper right at the death. I'm sure both will be used plenty next season, but if there are targets Pellegrini/Txiki have on their 'A' list who suddenly became available, we don't have that many squad places left, so I can see those two being vulnerable should that happen, as there are few other forward players we could move on.

I imagine they will leave the attack alone though, unless something they really want jumps out, & just strengthen the obvious positions.

You're probably right Ted. If Fernando comes,as he almost certainly will, it will release Fernandinho to be the more complete midfielder we all know he is. Also Yaya can spend the bulk of his time surging forwards on those dangerous runs of his. In other words our attack should be even more potent than this season. I think the main issue is centre back. Do we play MDM and Vinny together and gradually introduce a new talented youngster like Mangala? Where then does that leave Nastasic? Could Sagna fill in there from time to time? Probably.

What will Chelsea do with that if the story's true. Is Costa going to cost that much?

So a club that can only spend 49 million is spending 50 on sideshow?
