I wonder if Real bought the CL and get a fine for spending so much? Not a fucking chance!

Wouldn't say it was harsh at all mate. Real were the better team throughout and only great goalkeeping and poor finishing kept Atletico in it.
Real were so dominant in ET aswell.
Fair reflection imo.

One of the Real players kicked the ball at him like the cnuts that they are - so he trapped it, kicked it back at him then went onto the pitch to 'have words'. I don't think he takes any shit our Simeone.

City are now amongst the best at corner kicks.

no we are not. Our corners are rubbish.

We scored more goals from corners than any other team in the league this season. But yeah, youre probably right.

I recon if we hadn't hit a decent level on corners etc, we would not have won either of our two recent titles. We need to make sure we keep it up, both corners & other set pieces.

This season was probably the best City have had on set pieces, since I've been watching them.

Have u seen a breakdown on the corner takers? I'd guess Nasri was best followed by Kolarov.

I would imagine you are right, but it would be interesting to find out.

bale was pretty shit throughout, but scored the winner when it matter. At least he didn't give up.

Bale was OK but he just fucked up his chances. But I tell you who was SHIT and that's Benzema. He was a total passenger imo which is far worse than missing some chances no matter how easy they are

He wouldn't have been a passenger if Bale had laid off one of his chances to him for an almost-certain goal instead of trying to go for glory. (I forget which it was, he was just to the right of the right hand post and outside the area when he decided to shoot instead of rolling it across to Benzema).
