Courtois has said publicly he wants to be number 1 keeper and was happy to stay at Atletico. Whether Cech is happy to play second fiddle I doubt. Who gets to play in the CL and big premiership matches?

Maybe Cech only in FA and League cup matches and Courtouis in league and CL? Cech wouldn't be happy with that though. I think he's got 1 yr left on his deal?

Did he say City were listening? It would surprise me as well unless they are talking silly money, which these days Inter don't have.

He said Inter in talks with City but I suspect an approach has been made for Jovetic; that's all. The only reason to think about selling either Negredo or Jovetic is to raise hard cash for another attacking target, say Sanchez although he looks Juventus bound. Loan with option to buy equals fuck off IMO. I suspect they'll both stay.

Watched him loads of times when they had their cup run & then he was linked strongly to us. Personally was absolutlely gobsmacked at the idea of us signing him, as I thought just about everybody else on their team was better & couldn't even begin to imagine how he would get in our team.
