Minute Silence On Saturday

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Minute Silence On Saturday

Postby King Kev » Thu Dec 24, 2009 10:19 am

As is tradition at City, there will be a minute silence held before the match on Boxing Day.

I found out yesterday that a bloke I used to work with has lost his long battle with cancer. He was a bloody nice fella and a big blue, I will be thinking of him especially during this period of reflection.

Love and peace to all blues who are no longer with us.

Steve Kay, only a couple of weeks ago....Lifelong blue who dedicated much of his spare time City. The Bert Trautmann's Helmet fanzine, writing in other fanzines and the most comprehensive City stats site.
RIP.

YES ....CANT REMEMBER HIS NAME THOUGH.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Next door neighbour lost his battle with cancer recently, and he was an hardcore blue. The only time I got to speak with him was after the derby at the swamp, and he had a rant about the ref, sadly he mention then that he didnt expect to see the return game.

RIP Paul
