Crikey, that almost sounds like something Don Revie would have said (privately) in his time at Leeds.

This is the same Simeone who is currently 4th in La Liga behind Valencia, having just lost to managerless Real Sociadad & is a grand total of TWO points better off than City from the same number of games, in a much less competitive league?

He is guaranteed to succeed & get Atletico up to the top of the table this season & do the same for City next season, wheras Pellegrini is guaranteed to fail on both ? We can judge all this from their two point difference in the first 11 games ?

Its visionary - everyone has to have a plan B, we give pellers enough stick about it :-)

Why do we need a Plan B, neither of our last 2 managers have had one ;-)

I think the idea of having a plan 'B' is somewhat over-rated.

If your plan 'A' isn't working well enough, you make it better.

I'd just like to feel like players act like they know "the plan" and execute something towards it instead if running around like a bunch of arrogant cuntholes.

Fuck A B or C...

Cheers

Watching Argentina ont PC tother day. Aguero looked a constant menace, Zabba looked 'ok' in the oppo half, & 40 years old, & completely brain dead in his own half. Very slow, not spotting runners etc. So it's not just at City.

When Pellers was appointed on a three year contract, I always assumed he would be gone after two. The Spanish guys running the club have said that they think changing managers every few years keeps things fresh.

Can't see Simeone being our next boss though. As well as he has done in his relatively short career, he has been involved in some controversies which won't fit with the image city want to convey. I'm convinced that Guardiola will be the preferred option if the club think they can get him.
