Well done England. I know it's only a friendly, but you played them at a high tempo and punished them when they made mistakes. England played decent football. You have players that can play football under pressure.

The decision to only give a yellow for that brings match officiating into utter disrepute in my humble opinion.
I think that is one of the clearest red cards I've ever seen.
