Manager of the month was Pardew? Really!! he won against QPR, West Brom and Liverpool, and lost againt West Ham with no other games in between.

Pellegrini Won against the rags, Swansea and Southampton (2 of the top 4) and drew against QPR, with an amazing Bayern win in between that doesn't count.
