Personally I thought Silva was excellent, Clichy had a good game and Fernando, and Mangala worked their socks off.

Silva for me though, the lad is a real Magician.

Lescott's a good shout. Responsible for the penalty, dreadful pass picked off by Fernando which led to the third goal and missed a good chance heading over when well placed. My choice was the Octopus. He's really got to grips with the Premiership. Well taken goal picked off Lescott's pass and helped set up third goal and generally was excellent doing the job he was brought in to do. Silva was of course excellent as were both centre backs and Milner too.

Silva ran the show (again) and got on the score sheet (again) - very good to see him get rested when the conditions allowed it too. He is vital.
