I've always been a Kolarov fan for his overall attacking game and defended him against many around me. I had a right go at him Sunday. He was the main culprit stinking the place out with a supercilious attitude to the opposition and there was no fatigue excuse. I felt Pellers missed a trick at half time. I have never seen a team come out and be that awful and casual. Even before Burnley scored I was sayin "have this lot had extra pie?". Ted, I thought Mangala's bottle completely went towards the end Fernandinho disappeared again, and no fatigue excuse there, he just doesn't step up when required.Luckily, disappointing as it was, not too much damage done.

Fernandinho did step up, he smacked one in the top corner from 25 yards & that should have won us the game. If we want DeJong, we should sign him back.

Mangala, was far too busy all game; I'm not surprised he was nervous . I remember one instance when he must have won 4 headers, one after the other, within about 15 seconds. Nobody was recovering the ball or stopping it coming back. That imo, is down to fatigue & the Kolarov invisibility factor; Clichy would have been helping him. If he keeps getting put on the spot, he will fuck up sooner or later. It happens to VK just the same; his head goes.

A player new to the league should not have to be under such pressure in a match v Bunley imo. The team wasn't working properly, or working hard enough.

We didn't pass it well enough either. Even Silva.

Greg Leigh gets a mention on the OS, as doing a sterling job at Crewe.

Not a spectacular player like Angelino, but at this stage I would certainly rather have him vs Valencia in a Derby based on last time I saw him. By some distance too.

Nobody ever seems to rate him, but he looked like a potential fullback to me last time I saw him. Just assumed I was getting the wrong impression, as nobody seemed to give a shit. Decent build, quick, decent defender, ok on the ball, possible player, would have been my assessment of Greg.

Sort of player the rags would have used under Ferguson, at least in the squad for a season.

Yes, Ted, Fernandinho did step up for his goal and a number of good moves in the first half. But in the second he was invisible when he should have been running the show. This is where I don't rate him. Remember, he cost more than both Silva and Nasri, yet how often have we seen him take a game by the scruff of the neck?Fatigue wasn't an issue.

Great balls in from Clichy. His delivery is really underated...

Even the small amount of time he was on the pitch today, he looked shit and uninterested

No he didn't.
He put one on plate for Milner after a great piece of play.
He was fine.

I thought he did more today than he did against Burnley, he certainly seemed more interested.

I think smashing the ball at milner was only thing he actually did. He pissed me off when he gave the ball away and his body language was again saying to me ''bothered''

Some of the agendas on here, when it comes to players are just plain fucking weird.

Hart, kolarov and now jovetic. And it doesn't matter whether they play good, bad or average - the same shit comes out.

It's strange because they are city players.

Always been the same mate. Absolute tits who can't stand a player so bash him at every opportunity. Had it with Edgy, the Goat, Elano.... They could have a brilliant game but it wouldn't matter.

kolorov has a terrible attitude and has publicly slated the fans on a number of occasions. Hes also not as good as clichy as playing left back, which adds to the frustration.

I don't see much of spurs but would Danny Rose be an upgrade? He's english.

I don't get the negativity towards jove by the way. I think he's class and will show it hopefully if he stays fit and the players get used to him. He also has a great attitude on the pitch.

It is crazy .I know everybody is entitled to have a rant But Some of the abuse is just nuts .Especially when we get enough shit from outside Cunts in the media .

how often is this "terrible" attitude been reflected his positive, creative play for us?

his performance was poor in the burnley match, indeed. unacceptable, but he's not anywhere near danny rose at this point.

can we start accepting that clichy isn't 'crap going forward'

my hate for kolorov is further fueled by how underated clichy has always been.

you're embarrassing yourself now mate. 'Smashed ' the ball at miller ? He played a great one two , took it round the defender picked his head up and put it on a plate for Milner. Kolarov was fine today.

wanted to double check on MOTD IMO he didn't need to hit it that hard, milner needed to take all of the pace out of the pass. It was a good pass don't get me wrong and kolorov is good at those. For me, he still hammers in early balls without looking up first. Thats fine when we have Dzeko. Pretty sure clichy has more assists this season so not really sure what Kolorov adds as a left back.

Kolarov was out with injury for quite some time.

Maybe compare goals and assists from two previous full seasons?

Greg Leigh is decent in all aspects of the game but at prem level and top prem level he wouldn't survive.Valencia would rip him apart.Angelino has plenty of work to do on his defensive stuff but is the best left back we have coming through.
