Jesus h Christ. How the fuck can an eighteen stone tank react 1st to a loose ball against a supposed top Premier League defence. Funny as fuck mind.

Mignolet is really low on confidence and long may he be their goalie

The chilled-out entertainer has done this to him. Great man-management.

Danny Murphy seemed quite scathing pre-match and as he is still a mate of Gerrard, and with Gerrard's comments, I'd suggest that what has been reported/said is not the full story.

Ha ha ha, Beasant dissing the Crazy Gang documentary. As if it needed anymore than it was, they had to dramatise it.

Without doubt. I reckon starfish being left on the bench for the game in Madrid tipped the balance. You don't bust a gut to finish second and qualify for the champs league to then not play in the biggest game and not be seriously pissed off. Another masterstroke from Brenda

Glad they didn't lose. Not often a team loses 6 on the bounce. We would be nailed on for the dodgy pen against/fluke goal if they'd lost today.
