That's from the ched evans site, under the section key and undisputed facts.
Certainly undisputed as they're in the public domain, and no-one's disputed them.

The first sentence is a cracking idea. The second one is a wondrous thought.

A Spanish word for pack or big group is very apt: muchedumbre. Much dumb. I've always liked that.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Apparently Oldham said no to Evans, but he took it as a yes.

So the girl claims she was "a bit tipsy but not out of control" and that she thinks her drink was spiked by Evans and Clayton in the hotel room. Yet she was tested for any date rape substance in her system and all the came up was cocaine. And people actually still believe she was raped?!!! Mental! She contradicted her story at every turn!

There's a dross of poor rape jokes. And there's the occasional good one like this.

So somebody who is so upset by the crime of rape, threatens someone else's family for the crime of allowing an ex con to work.

And the person making the threats is presumably a 'better' person than Ched Evans, because they don't rape, just threaten people's families.

The irony of all this is that it was the evidence from the two defendants not from the girl which resulted in the charges. The girl said she was completely out of it and remembered nothing about what happened in the hotel room. Both Evans and his co defendant admitted having sex with her and Evans was convicted on that basis. There was no physical evidence at all. If he had restricted himself to no comment in the police interviews Evans would never have been charged still less convicted. This is from the Evans website and the facts are claimed to be accepted by both sides.

A lot of quotes from Ched's website on here, but the victim does not have a website funded by a rich benefactor (Ched's girlfriend's father). She and others did say enough in court to convince a jury who had all the facts. None of this affects whether Oldham should or should not employ him, but he needs to convince the legal system of his innocence not just post it on his site (granted, that could happen) if we are to accept it.

I dont care of his innocence, he took advantage of the situation, he knew what he was doing. However, its the fact that the lynch mobs are saying he should not work again! I wonder if they would be saying the same if he was grounds-keeper who sat on a lawnmower! Would they bolox

In fairness, the only stuff quoted from his website have been from the key and undisputed section.
I would imagine that these are undisputed facts, as they are in the public domain, and have not been objected to.
It's not really a case of him having a rich benefactor and her not, firstly you don't have to be wealthy to put up a web site, secondly, I imagine the victim doesn't feel there has been a miscarriage of justice, as she won the case.

And she can't even remember it happening! I love how this was possible, especially when the other guy admitted to having sex with her got nothing.

I can imagine any girl walking down the street now accusing somebody of rape, taking them to court and then say "I don't remember, I was drunk".

And if the court deemed Evans guilty, they should also deem the other guy guilty. The whole sentence is retarded.

I think we have to trust the jury system as they had more facts than anyone on here, at least until proven they were wrong wrong. However, I'm not going to post anymore about it, enough has been said.
