This Weeks Other Games | Sat 21 - Sun 22 Feb 15

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

So we have a Liverpool man & an Arsenal man on the panel. First one isn't a pen, 2nd one was, Mignolet ISN'T HANDBALL. Because he has to have his hands up in the air & it hit his chest first.

So basically if a keeper comes out of his area with his hands in the air to stop the ball going past him, & it hits him on the fucking hand, it's not handball.

This whole fucking Sky shit is fucking BENT in favour of the Sky 4.

I think they argued that the position was not unnatural for a goalkeeper trying to make himself big. They both agreed that if it had hit hand first it would have been a red card and a free kick but it deflected off his chest so wasn't deliberate.

Even if that was true it would be bollocks, but he moved his hand anyway.

Oops, didn't realize the table I was looking at during the game was 'live'. So no positives from the game then.

Was that a perfect week for the PL, whilst we question referee's decisions?

At least 2 pens not given to Saints and Mignolet should have been sent off plus a couple of yellow card issues all in the first half favouring scouse . Now then is there a Sky agenda to get the dippers into a CL spot ???? oooooopps what about the rags ????? ;-)

The Sky Agenda is very easy to work out. If they can get the Sky 4 fighting it out for anything, then they're happy.

The Middle East version of the mignolet incident was that it was handball, but for the linesman to give it, it was so marginally outside the area and moving so quickly as to render the decision down to being a guess.

I can kinda see that perspective to be honest, if you're not sure, you can't really give it (or at least you shouldn't)

Dippers seemed to get quite a few decisions, some that weren't even seen. The one where it could only be described as a touch on the shoulder as the Saints broke was quite amazing, especially as worst was seen in the first 30 seconds.

It's not just Sky, if you go over to the Beeb's sport section of their website the big headline after Liverpool's win is "Liverpool beat Saints to close the gap on the top four" - despite two of the top four winning in this round of matches.

Don't know if you got the same post match interviews as us, but Rodgers really is a hateful cunt........'the boy went to ground far too easily" he said of the penalty shout in the first minute. It's one thing to say it's not a penalty for xyz reason, but he's just accused the guy of diving when he would have needed a fucking jet pack strapped to him to stay upright!

To be honest mate, We've seen some shite dished out over the years but that was one of the most biased games I've ever witnessed. From all the decisions we've seen this season you have to wonder if the whole lot isn't orchestrated.

Brenda's a fucking fraud and nothing surprises me with him. Apparently they could've won the CL if they were still in it!

I noticed most the Liverpool fans I know on Facebook were laughing their bollocks off at some of the officiating, and in disbelief they were still winning before that 2nd goal went in

Brenda's post match whinge about the crowds reaction to Lallana and Lovren is laughable. He even went through the Southampton programme to see if Lambert, Lovren or Lallana got a mention and because they didn't he thinks it was disrespectful. What a complete sausage that man is! Maybe the opposition should allow Liverpool to do all their programmes in future, fucking clown
