I'd take Torres and I'd go for him this January window rather than waiting to the summer. Liverpool are on the slide, have finance problems. We need to maximise our financial muscle. Maybe we can link him with Villa and Tevez and play three up front.

Torres I'd love to see in a City shirt. As for Maicon, would love him too, but will Inter sell him? Ibra won't leave Barca I think.

As for Gerrard and Mascherano, leave them at Pool, we have De Jong as def midfielder and Gerrard won't be that good away from the Reds.

I would take Gerrard in an instant.
He needs a new club if you ask me to re ignite him.

I find him to be an average player, above average really, but not top notch.
