Here is another from Bluemoon from someone-

"After a heavy night it has been difficult getting hold of anyone close to what is going on, but from what I have been able to dig up. There are two deals on the table and two players at the stadium today to finalise deals. Don't know if they will be announced but club expects deals to be done today and Sunday and hope to have completed all business for this window by Friday next week."

Lost all credibility Mark? Did they ever at any point have any to start with? ;-)

Haha yeh fair enough mate. I will just stick to the sky sports stuff and rumours from proper sites and not Bluemoon hey : )

Back to the transfer news and there is a article on sky sports about how mancini isnt after any more forwards as he has enough at his disposal and how he thinks it will be hard to attract Serie A's big names.

According to Chiellini's agent, Chelienni is staying but you can never say never. That is only his agent talking. It is the players final decision.

A couple of briefcases full to the brim with notes under his nose would see him change his tune.

Two players I would go for are both attackers which I know we don't need strengthening a great deal but I feel would be astute signings.

First one is Van Nistlerooy, he is an absolute goal machine and out and out forward. We've got quite a few second strikers but no actual out and out goal scorer. Even though he is a bit injury prone when he is fit and playing he guarantees goals, his record is absolutely phenomenal and I'm sure it would piss baconface off if he managed to do what Owen did to us in Fergie time.

The second one is Adrian Mutu. The guy is on his knees and absolutely bankrupt as he's been ordered to pay £14 million to Chelsea. If we could give him a contract that would reward him highly the more he does for us I think he'd bite our hands off for it. He can also play as an attacking midfielder which I feel is a place we need strengthening. He is a great player and has a very good goal scoring ratio considering he plays as a second striker/attacking midfielder.

Get those in Mancini and then look to bolster the defence!

Well sergio Aguero isnt moving to Chelsea. Have we got a chance?

http://www.sportinglife.com/clients/tis ... er_centre/

Atletico Madrid striker Sergio Aguero has played down speculation linking him with a January transfer window switch to Chelsea.

The 21-year-old is reportedly wanted by Carlo Ancelotti and the Blues were said to be eyeing up a move for the Argentina international.

But Aguero - who came off the bench to bag a brace against Chelsea in a Champions League clash earlier this season - has rubbished reports of a move and reaffirmed his commitment to the Spanish club.

He told Atletico's official website: "I have always made my commitment to Atletico clear and the whole world knows it.

"One shouldn't pay too much attention to everything that comes out; the only thing I am doing is playing and thinking about the team."

Chelsea have been linked with several strikers following the departure of top scorer Didier Drogba and Salomon Kalou to the African Cup of Nations.

Their possible transfer ban has also heightened talk that Ancelotti will bring in reinforcements during this window, despite the Italian insisting he will not recruit a striker.

The Stamford Bridge club are left with Nicolas Anelka, Daniel Sturridge and Fabio Borini as their attacking options in the absence of Drogba and Kalou.

Van Nistlerooy is a good shout for the short term. A genuine goal scoring record which is what we are missing. Would not be cup tied either.

I dont think he would come to us as Real are still in CL and he may get games in that now as its knockout football.Imo Real would use him as a supersub if they need to get a goal in a tight game.

Another player we should go for in my opinion is Arda Turan. If he goes to Liverpool he will become a star there.

good shouts on this and Mutu I reckon, but I think RVN to Liverpool is wrapped up. Arda looked superb at Euro 2008, that's all I really know about him. Although I think he's 23 and Galatasary captain?
Moses will be some player in the future, be a great signing.

Yeah he's 23 and Galatasary captain. He's extremely skillful but also has a massive work ethic. He tracks back all the time.

He puts his heart into everything. For example he goes and watches the under 21's at Galatasary and gives them motivation and advice etc.

He has scored 35 goals in 136 games from the wing. He can use both feet as well and play on either side of the wing. You could get him for about 12m. Absolute bargain in my opinion.
