Is it just me, or shouldn't Adebayor concentrate on getting into the bow, instead of playing wide left?

Well nervous first half but we are ahead and that's all that counts.

Our defence is being exposed because we have two central midfielders who simply don't want to sit and do the donkey work.

Get De Jong on for Bellamy and we'll be sorted.

zabba in, richard out.
Bellamy out, de Jong in.

4-4-2 out, 4-5-1 in.

My two cents.

half time, need to regroup and get this defence sorted.
Overall thoughts, it's Dunne mistakes once again leading to pressure, or meaning others have to be out of position covering him.
Great goal, really good strike.
Barry especially, is getting hacked everytime he's on the ball.
Bellamy's been a bit quiet, what's the Tevez situation? Still got a knock I presume?

Yeh everyones has gone. I think we have to start the post count again.

Well King KEv has most posts and I'm second. Just as it was yesterday, only with slightly lesser post count.

SWp off, Weiss on.
Dunne off, Onouha on.

That's what I'd do right now.

Lol but Dunne's a 6'4 monster.

it's always anyone but Dunne.

Dunne's winning all his headers; Toure's being outjumped and outmuscled even by Pedersen, ferChrissakes
And where's your boy Richards?
He should be helping him out!

Richards has been superb I think but we should really put De Jong on now and take Bellamy or Robinho off.
Then bring on Tevez later on in the 2nd half for whoever stayed on out of the two.

Tevez is needed in this situation me thinks - someone constantly chasing down and not giving the opposition a second - plus he won´t waste possession

Oy, nervous 42 mins after the goal. The commentator keeps pointing out that Ade needs to get back to help defend set pieces and I totally agree. Samba is causing us fits.

Going forward we need to mix in more ball possession and not go for the killer counter every single time. Let's keep the ball in their half to keep the pressure off our shaky D.

Perhaps De Jong in second half if it doesn't settle down quickly?

(have to say that I disagree with Edge on SWP - he's been fantastic so far in my eyes, our brightest attacker other than Ade)

Richards has been our best defender by long stretch, why would you want to take him off?

Tevez for Bellamy (if he's fit enough to do a full half) - pretty much all we need really, that would give us another chaser and harasser to counter the long balls.
