She plays for City.
City lost the Manchester derby - one of their fiercest rivals.
There is talk of fans wanting Pellegrini sacked and in general the vast majority of City fans are fed up.
You're out and you see LVG (happens, fair enough) and you get a picture with him (possibly not wise but still fair enough)..
But it's the next bit that gets me. You fucking upload it to Instagram where you have thousands of followers and many of them are City fans (cos you know - you're a City player) on the same day of the derby loss. And you don't think it'll be a bad idea.
HOW the fuck did she not think "hang on, this might upset a few people?"
Honestly. It's mind boggling stuff.

On another note this is why SOF should be with the club FULL TIME she would be able to show the team the passion that needs to be instilled and teach them about the values of the club as a blue.
A great loss IMHO.
They happily let me drift out of the club without a goodbye or kiss my arse. The club is not what it likes to portray. It has no clue how to treat people with dignity and respect. Did you know that a certain club legend who had two spells with the club couldn't get into the CFA as they had no idea who he was. How the fuck do things like this happen?

It's not nasty, malicious or offensive. Just really, really thick.

From the atmosphere and attendance, right through to petty, ridiculous things like this.
It needs to be sorted

I think some of the venom that will be thrown her way will be way ott, but internal branding is a massive issue for the club.
I remember working for 02, or BT Cellnet as it was at the time. There was a time when it was seriously being discussed about blocking the signal of all other mobile networks inside the call centres, to force staff to become customers and 'live the brand'. As draconian as it sounded, internal brand management is a massive issue for organisations like city, where each person is a marketer for the club they represent - the players certainly are.
Whilst the ladies team is small time compared to the men's game, behaviour like this IS symptomatic of a laissez faire attitude within the club that people aren't scared of the consequences of pulling a stunt like this. Regardless whether these actions are stupidity or otherwise, a clear policy on how each individual represents the brand would have made this silly lady think twice.
It all just goes to show that despite the veneer of professionalism, the CFG have a long long way to go before professional pride is instilled across the organization.

It's clear what they are doing is not working and they should clearly ask the "real" fans what we want.
