I think you're over reacting a bit. Of course Strachan isn't helped by it. For Borer to be able to beat us, they need their best players, and they need to have a great day.

Yes, we're missing a bunch of players as well, but it's not as big of a deal for us.

They seem to have a team bet. The next one to score has to pay a round for all....

I think the point is Boro don't really have the strength in depth like we do. They don't even have enough people in the crowd to form a second strength XI

They're supposed to be neutral pure and simple and both teams have injuries

F*ck me if their player had connected with that then we would have been in trouble. Bring on the next round!

Zabaleta MOTM for me. Special mentions also to Boyata (great debut) and Kompany.

And this smiling Arabic assassin is intent on stealing all the treasures they've nicked off everyone else, and pulverising them into commercial and footballing oblivion as he does so."

Calculated risk paid off.

I was really impressed with Boyata. Made few mistakes yeah and obviously not finished article yet but there's future Premiership defender there I feel.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
