Pubs are normally open before the big games aren't they, you normally just have to prove your city dont you? Season card etc?

You should have put this in off-topic you would get a more reliable answer as there is a townley thread on there and your post would be read by more posters imo.

GMP say to a lot of the publicans we advise you not to open as we will not have any units to send to you if there is a disturbance. Which translates to open if you want but if it kicks off your f****d. so dont open.
