I still assume he is coming, but don't really care one way or the other now. I just realised that when this story broke last December the headline was about City lining up a swoop for £20 million Chelsea reject KDB.

How the hell did we get up to £50+ million in eight months. I don't care if he is Bundesliga player of the year.

One season and they are looking for over 2.5 times what they paid. Plus he's only there one season and he seems more concerned with his loyalty to them than actually pushing to come to City.
All fair enough I suppose. Both Wolfsburg and himself are free to see it whatever way they want, but it makes it hard to get excited about him coming. Or not. Whatever!

Looking a lot brighter now. Kicker reporting 75 million euro deal done. Sport1 and Bild both say the same. HLN.be says agreement to agree but not quite done. de Bruyne's agent definitely had a meeting today with Allofs and he's supposedly not playing on Friday. Medical on Friday?
