Silva out with ankle injury...

Silva out with ankle injury...

Right Kevin, time to show us what you can do!

Hopefully it's just this game, I haven't heard otherwise.
Maybe if cunts stopped hacking the legs out from underneath him, his ankles mightn't be in the state they are. Fucking refs never protect him like they do certain others.

@MCFC: PELLEGRINI: "Silva is out as I think it would be a risk for him to take another knock on his ankle. I hope he will be OK for Juventus.”

i wonder if Nasri will start with Sterling and Navas.

obviously KDB is a better player but he's has little to no time with the first team and Pellegrini does have a habit a taking his time integrating new signings into the first team. maybe Silva's injury will shake things up though.

Injuries already starting to pile up once again. We really enjoy emulating the Arsenal model in this regard.

Fortunately we have high quality cover now, yet, team cohesion which has been excellent is at risk of suffering.

I'm pretty sure Pellegrini will start with Nasri and bring on KDB later in the game, either to simply give him some valuable game time if we're ahead, or to provide some creativity if we're struggling and Samir hasn't stepped up to the plate. And to be fair Nasri does deserve a start after a couple of very good games coming off the bench.

How on earth can you claim that Samir hasn't stepped up to the plate ?

He has started on the bench and actually scored a cracker last time of asking ( with yaya).

I think you read that wrong. He's saying he HAS stepped up to the plate recently, but if he starts him on Saturday and he doesn't step up to the plate then he'll bring KDB on.

For what it's worth I think Nasri will start on Saturday and do his disappearing act and we'll see KDB not too soon after half time.

I think Sami will play instead of Sterling with KDB in the middle. I also think Bony will start instead of Aguero. I'm not surprised big Dave is not playing tomorrow but I'm surprised he is injured. In short I think Sterling, Merlin and Aguero will be rested tomorrow with Juve in mind. I also think KDB will play tomorrow to get him sharp and integrated into the team, with Juve in mind (where he will replace Navas).

Resting players ahead of Juve is an interesting thought. Wonder if Manuel will do that. I dont think thats his style at this point in the season
