Difficult game and really can't think of any stand-out performances - they all had to work their socks off.

It was a grind today, I'm not sure who to give it to at all.

I went for Nacho as he finally did it.
could've been Hart for the one good save he provided at 0-0 too.
I still think we should put "team effort" as one of the options

I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

I haven't seen the game, listened on the radio on the way home from work. But Clive Allen raved about the way Kompany marshalled his defence and the professional job he did.
Having him back to his best would be so important to us
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

Went for de Bruyne. So impressed with his quality today. He'll be a huge asset for us.

I went for Manny in the end. We were away from home and Palace had their chances but Mangala snuffed a lot of their threat out.

I thought he was so-so. Some good stuff but what I'd expected from coming on so early.

I thought Nasri was good today. He's not, and will never be, a like for like replacement of Silva. He brings other things together table, and today he did it damn well.

Navas. He was frustrating at times and that miss was shocking but I reckon he got the ball more than anyone else and was the one getting in behind the most.
Strange one really.
Had he scored he'd have been a shoe in imo.
Fine lines.

Tempted to give it to Nacho, for obvious reasons, but that would be a bit unfair on the rest that were on for the full match.
I think Nasri tried and tried to pick their lock. Not a Silva replacement, but good enough today.

Good call. He is an easy and undeserved scape goat, imo. I think Nasri just edged it though.

Good call. The ball seems to stick to him like glue and he ensured we kept the ball with a decent release.

Agreed. He tracked back well and put in that sublime ball for Navas but he also misplaced a number of balls. I put that down to nerves, lack of time with the squad, and being on a different page than his teammates due to no game time together

Why not Kolarov? He's so impressive since the 1st minute of our season for me!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

Hart must be in with a shout. Radio commentators said he made a number of important saves and five clean sheets in a row

I haven't seen the game but the MEN gave Mangsla a 5. They said his lack of pace was exposed? I think it's tough to slate a defender given we didn't concede one goal this season.

I really respect Stuart Brennan, but today I thought he got his ratings completely off. Navas a 4? Fuck off!
