Don't wankers keep clean sheets?

I wonder why.

Must say Hart is on top of his game this season. As are the rest of the defence. Long may it continue. A real test today both physically and mentally with the crowd and they passed with flying colours

Totally agree with your assessment, especially after the team had to keep readjusting their tactics, after losing Silva, Sterling and then, Aguero. One of the funnier stats was that Kelechi had more goals in 54 seconds, than he had completed passes, during the match!

If City can keep another 2 clean sheets, they will set a new PL consecutive clean sheet record. As they might sing down at the Palace, "I'm Glad All Over!"

Winning the title starts with a solid defence.

Long may it continue.

Correct.
I was over the moon with the way we handled Palace. Why? We will have off days but showing grit like that shows that we got more confidence than last season and aren't afraid to mud wrestle if needs be.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

We'll never win the league because of that dodgy defence you know.

Is this an episode of Misfits now?

We had no Silva, lost Sterling before the game, Aguero early in the game, had to integrate a new player and came out on top looking stronger and stronger as the game went on. Early days I know but looks like champions elect already.

And hopefully our only response will be to go on to win 6-1 and make their excitement totally irrelevant.
It's the City way you know.
