I know we were bad in the defence of our title last season but we were never this bad. There is something very very wrong at the Chavs. It's mint.

I think it's because he used to have the club like a family everywhere he went and his ego has gotten so big, he's become the Don and taken out some members. The others don't like it and he's gonna get hit next.

I missed the second penalty shout for Southampton, their first was not a penalty for me though.

He was suspect. You need to watch it before passing judgement I reckon.

He was standing staring at it and waved it away.
One of those really strange ones. Like the linesman last week.

Real weird.

Do you think there might be corruption in football?

I do.

I heard a comment last week (can't remember if it was a fan or journalist), that the players have effectively downed tools because of the way Jose treated Eva, and everything that happened around that whole shameful episode.

No idea if its true, but it would be a sure fire way of getting rid of their manager, given the owners history

They just said after a start of 8 points from 8 games no team has finished higher than 5th. Does that mean Chavs are out of it?
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

This very well could be or at least the straw that broke the camels back.

It's one thing to act as he does to protect his players from criticism but when the same behaviour is unfairly directeu at a doctor, and even worse, a female doctor, and then not really apologise and run her out of the club it is bad news that is hard to defend.

In the states with my nba team the knicks we had a sexual harrassment lawsuit from a female staff member against the manager and the owner while the manager was still there. We were awful the entire time and that surely dis not help player morale.

You need to feel dedicated to them to succeed at such hight levels especially. We shall see what happens but wild to think he would be sacked.

Mane booked for diving when it was a stonewall penalty.

They need Chelsea back in this title race.

If the ref was bent he'd have given that penalty for Chelsea just now. But he didn't.

Maybe every ref isn't corrupt after all !

Ah, someone to tell me I'm imagining it all.

Brilliant.

You're not, I'll see it later ;-)

Phew!
Thanks beefy.

Let me know if you think Falcao was already on his way down before the contact from the keeper.

Cheers

Missed the game and went to bed thinking the Chavs had scraped it. Funny as fuck to find out the score when I got up this morning.

That was clearly a dive. I was amazed to hear Sky's 'experts' say it was a penalty. To be fair they thought Soton's two should also be awarded and that negated jose's claims of bias against them.
Maybe Maureen is admitting inadvertently that they have been helped in the past with marginal decisions.

First sure.

Some guy in this thread tried to tell me it was a balanced referee performance! !

scouse 1 v scouse 2
arse v rags
bayern v phips
milan v napoli
atletico v real

some big games tonight!

not sure what result I want here in liverpool derby.. obviously an everton win would be brilliant...but if that means the joker rodgers is sacked (and possibly replaced with someone like klopp?) is that something we want?

The art of defending is dead. Two shocking goals from a defensive point of you. Why can't teams defend anymore.
