Well cant see him ending up at the rags, they so holier-than-thou and all of that crap. PSG a possibility, or international management, but he is running out of options the fool. He just cant avoid trouble and controversy, his stock will fall.

A lot truth in that. Look at last season. Terry, Cahill, Ivanovic, Azpilicuetta, Hazard, Costa, Fabregas, Matic played nearly every game. It's not a coincidence they look lethargic this season.

I cant think of anyone more similar to Ferguson, they are cut from the same cloth. Intimidation of officials, nasty character, win at all costs, press eating out of his hand etc.

You could see Mourinho sucking up, asking for the job, after the game when Madrid played United in the CL and Madrid won. When has Mourinho ever said "the best team lost" when he won before or since?

As I said earlier, Ferguson also wanted Mourinho and it was only the Glazers veto that stopped it. Glazers were worried Mourinho might create trouble for them. After Moyes and VDG I think they may would agree to his appointment if he became available.

Talking to a Chelsea fan who is a friend of mine he told me he is not surprised at the situation as they all know Mourinho only lasts anywhere in a job for 3 seasons. He told me that a lot of fans expect him gone before the season is out with a temporary boss in charge till the end of said season.

Absolutely ! The Chelsea players all looked out on their feet with half a dozen games left last season . No rotation all last season .

Hiddink could come back for a short stint but like us they'll be in for Pep next season if Mourinho goes.

Versus the alternative of losing 50mil immediately if they don't, and that's before you even consider how Chelsea would perform throughout the remainder of his contract.

It's very much got the look of the situation he got himself in at Real Madrid, where the president fucking hated him, half the squad hated him, but after they decided they couldn't afford to sack him, everyone started buckling down to the task at hand knowing they couldn't all toss off 3 years of their careers because they didn't like the manager.

Maureen is melting down because he still cant believe that he's let a truly wonderful player slip through his fingers and his confidence is totally shattered and the whole world is revelling in it. A huge and transparent mistake has been made and if KDB stays fit for the whole season he will be player of the year....guaranteed !!

£50k fine. Seems a bit lenient to me. Money is no object these days. A touchline ban would be far more hurtful

He knew in that interview he could say what the fuck he liked and only get slapped with a fine. Ffs what's fifty thousand to a chap on his kind of money. Touch line ban for 6 games would have been fair considering it's not the first time.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Should be given a chance to give something back, 100 hours at local FA level, he basically called the refs cheats. Give that insinuation to a Saturday or Sunday ref and you would be finished.

I disagree with Maureen completely.

However i also disagree with the fine.

Whether he is right or not to me, is not the issue.

He has the right to express his opinion.

The 'twat in the hat ' over at the Arse does it all the time.

The problem for me is the FA and it's agendas.

I really hope the FIFA and UEFA scandals reach deeper into the European leagues and we are able weed out the likes of Gill.

Further, all the money going into the PL from TV.

I maintain at least 50 percent should go directly to grass roots level.
If not more !

Make sure you watch Football Focus on the Beeb on Saturday - Mourinho has done an interview with them and it's every bit as meltdown as his original rant - from the glimpses they showed he seems to be blaming everyone but himself again.

i think he'd have to lose to Villa to get the sack. Seems so unlikely it isn't even worth a small bet at outrageously favorable odds.

That said, if he did manage to balls it up against Villa it might well be the end for him simply because the trajectory he is on is incendiary right now.

If he can scrape a few wins on the trot and thereby get himself together without losing his shit then he'll last the season i think. They've got a pretty decentl looking run of games in their schedule until xmas really that should be a collection of wins if they are even 70% of what they could be...with just Scouse filth and i guess Spurs sticking out as genuine matches that Chelsea of last season would be challenged by if i read it closely enough just now. Every match has been a banana skin, but if they get a couple under their belt i think they can climb back into the top half within 6 weeks and be positioned for a run at top 4, but it won't be a gimme.

cheers
