Excuse me, it turns out it was an own goal. England get lucky, again.

Didn't Micah Richards get awarded an own goal that came off the post hit the keeper and went in? I am sure the goals panel actually gave it to him officially. I remember thinking wtf? How can they.

De Bruyne has already set two up on a plater for the strikers and they both fluffed. The second was a stinker of a finish.

What a player this guy is. No wonder the Belgians hold him in higher regard than hazard

And yet they seem reluctant to keep him involved in the game. Hardly had a touch last ten mins

Do you want to jinx City, with such thoughts?!!

In fact, Kompany has come closest to scoring, from a slightly wide shot from midfield!
That fact is unusual, because De Bruyne has also supplied pinpoint perfect passes to Mertens, Lukaku, Hazard, Fellaini, & Nainggolan, but all those players fluffed their shots.

Many thanks to Wilmots for protecting Kompany, by subbing him in the 2nd half, while also giving Vin some much-needed minutes... Vinny almost scored again, from a header on target!

KDB scored Belgium's 2nd goal, from a lovely free kick... City will be pleased to add to Yaya, Silva & Kolarov's free kick talents... KDB also nearly scored from a wicked shot, behind the keeper.

City desperately needs all of our remaining international players to return uninjured now!

Hmm

Edit. Just read a sky sports tweet that preempted him playing 60 mins. Should be ok
