Pure rolls Royce of a player. He has it ALL

But what did he cost?
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Special footballer, can't believe Jose let him go, real class and perhaps most impressive is his workrate and desire, never stops running!

so many people talk about the slump last season occurring after Pep was announced. Im sure that played a small part, but i dont think it was the factor that everyone has assumed. i think its down to Kevin's injury vs Everton. from that point on the side never looked the same.

i think he's become the squad's most important player (along with being it's 2nd best).

I've heard grumbling some starting to call him the best player in the premiership. Amazing to see how he is surpassing Hazard.

Wasn't it a play on words from the movie?

I can't believe how good this guy is. I was almost weeping at the thought that he plays for us yesterday. Un-fuckin'-believable!

Thing I really like about our players is that they are so damn likeable. No Rooney, suarez, Costa style snide cunts.

Vinnie
Kun
Silva
Kevin
Gundo

Ah! I'd assumed it was a line from Kevin and Perry Go Large (quite plausible given Kevin's relationship with his parents, yes?) But then I'd never heard of the film We Need to Talk about Kevin.

It only proves I know fuck all about football.

Won't stop me spouting but there it is.

With all the media/public accolades he's now receiving, my only fear is that sides will start to specifically 'target' him and single him out for injury, on the false premise that if they stop and remove KDB, then they will stop City's triumphant march.

From all that's gone before, we know that Rag referees will never give City players the unbiased protection they ought to receive and which they certainly merit.
