Just wondering if Sergio will be fit for this and if a few of our youngsters will get a run-out.

Hull won't be pushovers so Pellers may want to field a full team, at least until we see some daylight.

According to Sergio he is fit but I doubt he will start. The ticket sales are very poor so far which is really disappointing. Team-
Big Willy
Maffeo Otter Daft Mart Clichy
Delph Fernando
Navas Ian Sterling
Bony.

I think big Dave will get 30 mns as will Kean Bryan and Roberts if all is going well.

Some good news then if Serg is OK.

You can just imagine the Elephant Man wanting to win this one where normally he'd be concentrating on his league position. I think both Serg and Dave need game time.

It would be a mistake to under estimate Hull without a doubt.
They are close to the top of the Championship so that makes them st least the equivalent of the bottom 8 or so
PL teams.

Rest Sergio for sure and start with Bony & Iheanacho up front.
A win and a two legged semi final against the rags will do us nicely.

I am normally a very strong advocate of putting out the strongest available side for each and every game. However, I would make an exception for this game. Too many key players are just coming back from injury or are injured. We can ill afford more.

Caballero
Maffeo, Otter, MDM, Clichy
Delph, Navas, Fernando, Yaya
Bony, Iheanacho

Have Silva, Sterling, KDB, Fernandinho on the bench just in case.

That starting eleven should be good enough to beat Hull as I doubt that fat fuck who masquerades as the reincarnation of John Merrick, they have in charge, will put out their own strongest team. Promotion is their only priority so he will save their best players for that as the championship is a long season and he can well do without at least two extra fixtures. A pot is a pot but this would be a gamble worth taking, rather than having Silva, KDB, Sterling and Fernandinho start. Give them a rest, the busy festive period is nearly upon us

If there's the slightest bit of complacency we'll struggle. As always could do with an early goal. Silva needs half an hour to improve match fitness.

No. Must be in some contract somewhere says we can't be the live game until the semis

There are some rumblings on bluemoon that Sergio has had a scan and things don't look good. It's a bit surprising as Sergio said yesterday that he would be fine to play today. If true he won't be seen against Hull and beyond.

I hope kun does not play.
After last season cup fuck ups, expect to see a strong line up.

That's great news. Some chap called Tolmie was saying on bluemoon last night that he was out for weeks. Much relieved.
