Yes

Half decent draw then methinks

I wanted red scouse. They have a chance against us in a single one off game but we would dick them over two legs.

Flip side is that over two games we may have needed to rest players or played a weaker team. No chance of that in a cup final.

The draw doesn't make much difference at this stage, as we have to beat two of the three remaining teams to win the cup, but a final against the red scouse would be the ideal time to exorcise the ghost of Kevin Reeves's inexplicably disallowed goal in the 1981 LC home leg semi final at Maine Road, which still irritates me after all these years.

That's a very good point.
If it maps out that way I shall be sure to vent my spleen about Alf Gray at the time.

Melbourne City are the first ALeague club to score 5 goals in 2 games in a row.

Aaron Mooy is an absolute superstar!

Not sure how I'm still watching football, although the shit being served up by the rags probably doesn't count. They should be down to 9 men, bog brush for a stamp and pigfucker for a blatant elbow. Not even a card for either

The rags are the luckiest team in the league. Should be down to 9 men. West ham have had 4 great chances, fluffed them all. Score still 0-0

Fellaini is the most hideous excuse for a germ I have ever seen attempting to masquerade as a human being.
There are very very very few footballers I would ever wish permanent debilitating injury upon, but in his case I'll make an exception.
