Amazed that the MiBs haven't smashed the place up. Or did they have problems getting tickets?

Love this club. This might change our whole season.
Play like this we should walk the Prem

Ha ha...we're all on a high again.
That was a great second half. We give them stick when things aren't going good. Let's praise them all when they get it right.
I agreed with Kev going off, I thought he was weak tonight. He needs to recharge his batteries.
I wouldn't have called Delph going off but Bony going on made two and sometimes three of them mark him, or at least be concerned by his whereabouts.
As we began to stretch them they eventually got tired and ran out of steam.
Well done Pellers.
It just shows you, all any game really needs is the playersbto do the job they were put out there to do, to make the manager look good.
We still need to sort out our whole defensive strategy before we talk of winning anything, but hopefully that performance will do us the world of good.

From the commentary, yes they could.

Poor defensively but once they'd tired we controlled the game and played them off the park.

Obviously Pellers tactics all the way through the game ;-)

You want to know who the difference is? Yaya. He was sharp, excellent running, movement off the ball, expansive crisp passing. He plays like that and the team is unstoppable. Sadly we won't see it again for another month.

I wouldn't discount silva coming back to form as well. We seem much better at holding onto the ball in the final third when he's in the team. Putting pressure on the opposition. Still doesn't totally account for our heads going down when we have conceded lately.

Silva was off form? I looked at the MOM thread and thought, could be 4-5 players. But the BIG change in my opinion was the lazy lump putting in a 2013 performance.

He's not been at his best since coming back from injury, albeit two part games. I'm not arguing Yaya didn't have a good game because he clearly did. Obviously sitting twiddling his thumbs for the Stoke game has done him some good. Even if we play consistently between the polar opposites of tonight and the Stoke/Liverpool games we should be walking the league.

And hopefully Zabs maybe...wouldn't it be nice to give Sagna a rest so he doesn't have to play three games in 8 days. I don't think Pellers will be putting Clichy at right back again any time soon.

I've only watched one group game mate, Sevilla away. The time zone isn't conducive to work arrangements.

The group games are just money spinners. It's home and away round of 16 when this tournament comes into its own.
