brilliant.

Topped off with Owen's summary that if they sell the keeper they'll be left with no top quality players! Excellent.

Now Lineker twists the knife on them being in the Europa. Quality. To be fair, if they'd made these comments about us in the studio, we'd be going absolutely fucking mental. But it's the scum, so who gives a shit. Looking forward to the comments after our highlights. Really hope they make comparisons between our class and them.

They were unlucky though, in the group of death. Should've won it if they scored more than the oppo, would've won it if they had conceded less.

Heros tomorrow, we failed to take our chances.

How could we forget that? Trevor Francis told us all at least eighteen times in the first half, while he was willing City to lose.

I am a cunt.

First time ever, after watching all City's games recently, I bet against us. I backed BMG at 9/2 on Betfair before the game.

After 60 mins, I cashed out at 3/1, sure that City were gonna win. And I put my original bet on City at 9/2 to win.

Happy days :)

PS Promise to never bet against us again...

I watched on Setanta and then turned onto TV3 to see what they made of United.
Souness and Brian Kerr savaged them.
Souness in particular. Sweinsteiger was shown absolutely no mercy by Souness.

They then showed the City highlights and Kerr gave what I would expect from him as analysis. He criticised our first half but did finish by praising the substitutions for changing the game.

They singled out Sterling for praise.
Souness actually said: As much as it pains him to say so, Sterling is playing week in week out, with better players and that he thinks we are starting to see the improvement in him that comes from that.

In fairness thst must be hard for him to admit.

Anybody get the feeling that the Salford '92 are trying to move in there? I bet the GPC is behind this, with his boys doing the dirty work.

That was magnificent. Best I have felt after a city game in recent weeks. (Leans back and lights a cigarette)

That was my first thought, but I reckon Valencia will win tomorrow, and it'll be us vs ratboy.
