That is some indictment. When you consider Van Gal is going to get the bullet.

Unless we've got Pep in our back pocket then we missed a trick with Ancelotti.

The Count is done for me. He's a massive old undead fuck up of a cunt. The team mimics his droll, calm professionalism and I'm sick to death of it. The old cunt needs to fuck off massively and quickly to save our season. And yet much like the CB dilemma we have no one to swoop in and save us. As the best interim candidate would be Paddy and he's fucking off to NYCFC.

We urgently need a rich back. Our attack down that side is non existent because Sagna will never do it going forward.
I try to have belief in Mangala, but what the fuck?
Arsenal are nothing.

He has done well going forward for much of the season, but he's played almost every game. I think he sat once.

I also wonder if no Zaba at his best hurts the defence without Komany his attitude.

Really? Why? Sagna has done well much of this season, until he seems to have hit the wall playing all of the time over 30 years old. He's hardly one of the main culprits for the teams' performances.

Centre Back, Centre Midfield and Striker seem to be the positions most are bothered by.

No problem.

I have resigned myself to the fact it will be a transitional season. One of mediocrity and under achievement under a clueless, fraud, of a manager

The difference between you and me. Is I base my opinion, on statistics, supporting evidence and facts. It is a fact, that our current points trajectory will leave us finishing mid-table, maybe 5th or 6th if we are lucky. Care to disagree with that then be my guest.

This utter "fraud" of a manager won the league with Mancini team. Since then we have been in steady decline. It is no coincidence that our decline has become more progressive over the last 2 seasons with his coaching and his signings. defensively we are a shambles. we look like conceding when any side attack us. It is now so ridiculous, we look like conceding 3,or 4, goals a game. Luckily Joe Hart has been in good form and saved us from a Boro style hiding.

Your mentality is fundamentally different to mine. You would rather wait until the wheels completely come off our season. Only act because you have no other alternative but to act. This is a small club mentality. Lets just plod along and see what happens. Even though there is enough evidence to support his sacking. You would Wait until our season becomes a car crash. Me ,and many other City fans see the writing on the wall. I am genuinely concerned we wont finish top 4 this season such is our regression under this clown.

How long do we wait for him to get it right this season ,when would you act ? are you fine with the possibility of no Champions League football next season with our current predicted points trajectory. I don't think our owners will be. I don't think Tixi told our owners, that writing off this season for the bigger picture under Guardiolla could include jeopardizing a top 4 finish. We now have a situation where we have a manager that looks not arsed, he knows he is a goner regardless. this projects directly to the players on the pitch. our performances are lazy, and unprofessional. We play in segments of 20 minutes here and there. Half our side are running their bollocks off injuring them selves in the process. The other half are lazy lard arsed twats, that are getting noticeably fatter week on week.

Have you forgotten about the injury record (Silva, Aguero and Kompany being our major absentees for long periods) along with accommodating the likes of Sterling, Otamendi and De Bruyne? I am not surprised with the recent performances we are getting with the lossses of our key players. The back to back wins early on in the campaign, the clean sheets with both Kompany and Mangala in defence against West Brom, Chelsea, Everton, Watford and Palace? As for our current "Fraud" he has gotten us out of a very tough group as winners this season and has done what Mancini had failed to do. That is get us out of the group in the first place. Not to mention the manager who broke a 103 year old record (which will help us in the title run in). Sheik Mansour has backed him for this season and no amount whinging, wailing or gnashing of teeth you (or other supporters) are doing right now is not going to get Pellegrini the sack at this stage of the season.

embarrassing result. thank god Sunderland is up next.

City vs. current top 10 this season in the league so far:

Arsenal - 1-2
Spurs - 1-4
United - 0-0
Palace - 1-0
Watford - 2-0
West Ham - 1-2
Liverpool - 1-4
Everton - 2-0

3-1-4. thats not too impressive.
I'm not really a City fan. I'm just here for attention.

Pretty damning when you see it like that. I think we're almost at the point where we have to write off the season.

Sagna very poor on first goal tonight stood off and put no pressure on. Against Stoke was extremely poor letting his man in for both goals. He started well , maybe he has just been run into the ground with Zaba injured playing every game. Definitely think he should have been rested in some league cup games and maffeo given a chance.

Didn't think he had a great game at all but to be fair to him he was trying to mark two players most of the time as DeBruyne did fuck all to help him. Same on the goal, he had Walcott inside him and I think it was Monreal outside him, felt sorry for him.

I feel not too bad about it tbh. As a result it would never be unexpected when you look at the season fixtures. We were the better team apart from poor finishing and the usual dubious defending and Yaya woke up for the last half hour into something we remember.

Beat Sunderland, lose at Leicester then fire on into the new year with a long unbeaten run with all our players back!

There was a element of embrassment about it. Arsenal were average, yet they had many chances to make it 5-0. We made them look decent through an inept disinterested performance. That is embarrassing.
Looks now like the season will just fizzle out. It's not acceptable.

We allowed their best player to get time and space twice !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We went 2 in the middle again Pellers is an idiot, Delph a Left winger shoe horned in to protect AK. Unbalanced team with a liability at Centre Half, plus the Otter is not much better the two guys they had to mark scored.... That said with 30 % of the ball they looked like they had a goal in them we did not until the last 10 mins.

Recent performances have been frustrating and I'd love to hear more from Pellers to explain himself. BUT, we're in a bad patch. Arse and Leicester will have then and we will have a purple patch again. We are in all competitions and 3rd in the league. Saying Pellers out because of poor form doesn't sound very City like to me. This is the best we've ever been! I'd love to see Pep here next season and it would be a natural progression. I just can't stamp my feet like a spoilt kid and get upset because we're not winning every game 8-0. If you want that go and support Real Madrid and save yourself the stress.

Delph, was left wing, he may have strayed into the middle, the goals came from the threat we knew about, and like with Coutinio he nailed us.
