Can you see us getting anything at dippers, arse or chelski though?

Tonight has answered one of my questions. So even if they lose at arse, we haven't gained any ground

We've finished every season strongly with this team, we've come from behind to win both our titles. As long as we are in reach with 8 games to go I will be confident of catching any experienced top side let alone Leicester. Six points is nothing.

It's the last quarter of the season that experience, squad depth and fitness will show. But, they play as a far more cohesive and hard working unit than we do, they have a great injury record thanks to a revolutionary cryogenic facility and top class experts in that area (I haven't heard that we have) and based on performance and effort so far, they deserve it. Good luck to them and I hope they snatch a CL spot, preferably top 3.

Not looking forward to the Leicester game. We have put in some shit performances lately, only Joe has saved us from a few real good pastin's. Sooner or later, unless we drastically improve. There will be a season defining hiding..

Leicester in your face, high energy game has the potential to cause us serious problems. Our defenders struggle to defend with time on the ball. Leicester will give us no time on the ball. They will smell blood and be up for this game. We also need to be up for this game. If we think we are going to turn up there, pass it around for fun, we are in for a shock. They make up for their lack of technical ability, by closing down effectively, working as a unit. This style has me really worried about this game. I can already see Ya Ya in my minds eye strolling from penalty are to penalty area at Snails pace, with our Key Stone Cops style defending to every Leicester high ball, or throw in, lobbed in to the penalty area.

Would be nice if we actually went there and fucking hammered them. A bit of festive cheer. Laid down our Title credentials.

I really don't see any reason why they can't win it bar a bad spell of injuries.
We all know that when this sort of situation has occurred in the past, the bubble normally bursts, because the team in question is found out and everyone else adapts accordingly.
If Leicester were going to be found out, it would have happened by now.
I also think the whole situation is brilliant, and if we're not going to win it, I'd love to see Leicester do it.

I agree, if we can't finish first then the next best would be to finish second to the Foxes. They do though have a number of obstacles to get past beside injuries:

1. Managing any FA Cup run alongside the league games - they were 'lucky' not to progress far in the LC and an early exit from the FA Cup will probably help them
2. Tiredness and loss of form from having a limited squad (I presume they have 25 players, but will probably rely on the top 15/6)
3. The effect of the international call-ups that their players are now earning
4. The nerves that will set in if they are still top in April

All of those could equally apply to anyone else, including us. We may supposedly have all this strength in depth, but still rely on a core of 15 odd.

When the spotlight turns on them, and to remain top you need to break teams down, home and away, I suspect they will stutter. It brings a different sort of pressure than they have ever experienced.
In truth, yesterday at Klanfield was the sort of game they needed to win, or not lose at least.
I wish them no Ill and I hope I'm not discounting them too easily, but I can't see them winning it.having said that, I think they will go out of the cup to Spurs and will be helped by that in the way that Scouse 2 were two years ago.

Score first and set our season up to blast the league away with a 10 game run , and watch Wenger implode. We could have it won by February if we have the bollocks to o.

No Leicester cannot win it - squad is not deep enough.
We need to sew it up by Feb - biggest danger to us is the CL.

No club sews anything up by February.....we want to focus on sewing up our fuckign defense in the prem let alone in the CL!!, it's like a bastard sieve.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"
