We need a new manager this guy has no plan B and doesnt know howto change playing style if it doesnt suit the way were set up.
We have gone backwards this season ok weve had our injuries but not getting rid of ageing players, hardly any eds players getting games is pretty poor. Last sat we were cruising and what does he do bring on bony and demi ffs.

A leader and a motivator, games we control, points we drop it needs stopping, our build up and failure to take the shot or the half chances is a bad habit. The whole thing looks like a team going through the motions.

The calf specialist to tell Vinny, once and for all he needs the op to clean up his calf of all the scar tissue..... no more R&R is going to do it.

Isco would of been a bonus, but all we need is for our key players is to stay fit for the rest of this season and keep our squad healthy as well. Defensive recruits should be left until the summer.

Very disappointed in Stuart Brennan in this 5 signings article

http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/ ... e-10682110

He names 3 everton Defenders, one of them being the new kid Galloway, I take it he rates none of Angelino, Maffeo, Humphries, Denayer, Facey or Tosin?

He "managed" to identify the positions where we need to strengthen, but a blind man could do that. The rest was just lazy journalism.
Kante does look proper good, but in honesty I don't think he's better than Fernando or Delph, and certainly not than Fern1.

Coleman could be an OK quick fix, but we should find a better long term solution.

Stone is a great prospect, but as you say, so is Denayer. If Stone made some of the mistakes for us as he has done for Everton in the last couple of games, Carl would be on the first flight with only a noose as hand luggage.

Would that be the same Everton that have a worse defensive record than us this season?

Up front and at CB we should have enough there if we can get them playing to their potential. The areas I would invest are full backs. I don't think we have the quality or depth in those positions. Kolarov (sorry Mase) should be used as an attacking option as a sub but isn't really a first choice LB. Zabba may not get his extra yard back and Sagna is a stop gap. Maybe if Pellers used some EDS lads it would put first team regulars under more pressure to perform?

The problem with buying a striker is Nacho goes further down the pecking order and will not be registered for the Champions League.

The biggest need in January is surely a central defender. Kompany will go on with his injury cycle and when he recovers he will be out again, and surely his calf's can only take so much abuse. MDM looks like his legs are gone, never to be seen again. As for Mangala, well we dont know what he will do, and unfortunately neither does he. He has all the physical attributes, but whats in the attic? Always looks like he is one second away from a game changing error.
Shudder to think what the situation would be like if we had not signed Ota. We need a central defender and then a good look at the full backs in the summer.
