Besides the point here - he has to cut out his shit diving. Especially after claiming that his tattoos and beard are to make him seem more aggressive.
The half would have faded and ended level if he stayed on his feet and put the ball clear.

Needless if he'd have made a simple pass. Trying to be clever and ended up looking like a cunt.

Pellers has set up pretty well, denying Everton down the right. We need more from Ya Ya and Aguero. Everyone else fine, even cab though I fear for him at some point.Fern immense running into people and missing by 15 feet again, the man's a legend

He's lost the ball a few times, but no less than Silva, KDB or Aguero. He just stands out more because he almost always keeps it. Yaya's played a few good balls and kept possession well.

I'd place more blame on the front and back line for being down 1 than the middle

The thing that annoys me is his lack of effort / commitment. That kind of shit is contagious in any organisation even if it is one of the more talented members doing it

I suppose his 8 years at Everton never entered their minds but at least we have somebody related to City in the cast.

beagerie played for us too! I actually like him in general on the lower league stuff, haven't listened to him tonight tho!

Yaya has given the ball away with almost every pass/run he's tried to make.
Including one that led to their corner.

He's trying, but fuck me it's poor.
That aside, our game plan was working imo. They were parking the bus and we were getting closer.

They had a few efforts but miles offside and that just doesn't count as close.

Keeper saved it so you could say he wasn't interfering but you could also say Willy would have had a better parry if he wasn't interfering. Swings and roundabouts, the ref gave it, we go with them.

Don't like our set-up, it doesn't work and takes all the emphasis away from our playmakers in Dave and Kev. Sergio on his own again is just making it hard for us to move their defensive formation.

Let's see how it goes the second half, not too upset about the first, especially as their only legal shot on goal went in. Or was that second, after the Barkley shit that was parried.

He hasn't though mate that's the thing. I don't mind if he's trying a 30 yard defence splitting pass and loses it, but he's misplacing the 3/4 yard balls, even the ones that will go down as a 'complete' pass are too far in front or behind the player. He's been worse than shit tonight so far.

Pretty much how I see it as well. We've been unlucky. IMO.

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Seems this is a recurring theme at the moment. Start well, dont score, let the oppisition back into it, poor output up front, then a silly error and we concede.

If you look mate Lukaku moves out of the way of the ball. If he's not interfering why move out of the way?

Oh he does move out of the way, no doubts, but what tells me he didn't interfere with play was Willy's save. Made it as if lukaku wasn't there. I would've been annoyed if we'd had a goal chalked off for it anyway.
