I think Ivory Coast will win, but will be cheering on Ghana.
I hope all the North Africans get knocked out in the group stages, they were a bunch of dirty cheating bastards 2 years ago.

mali look shocking, 4 nil down now, top players letting the side down. Know he hasnt played masses of games but Diarra is woeful, Kanoute isnt any better.

Ivory Coast for me. Very very good squad.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

If you actually read the thread, the whole thing was a joke - and then it ended up escalating into The Sun asking him for his story!

Friday, 15 January

Ivory Coast v Ghana, Gp B, 18:30

Drogba should start for Ivory Coast tonight and Essien is on the bench for Ghana.

Should be a good game!

There's a vote option missing:

Is it just me, or has the mascot been lifted from a freaky horror movie?
