Caballero, how bad is he?

Not content with looking like a massive, uncircumcised prick and being named after one, he also insists on playing like one.

I briefly felt for the rubbish cunt - and then I remembered that he earns more in a week than I do in a year. And I have to spend 40-60 hours a week being a useless fuck; he gets away with 90 minutes a month!

If he was free, we'd have been ripped off. But it was several million.

You sure he was free mate.? Could have sworn he was about £6m. Which if so is 6m too much. Shite performance , honestly has he had one good game for us, even one decent one ? Hart must start next Sunday

Tried to stick up for him in the past but my god, he put in one of the most inept performances I have ever seen. What was he doing on that free kick? He can't play next Sunday.

I started to think I'd missed a Citizens competition where rather than being mascot, you got to have a go in net. Complete incompetence from first minute to the last.

Anyone can have a bad game, but I've not seen him have a good one and that was the final straw. Would love to know what Kompany was saying to Hart as they walked off. Suspect it was something to do with breaking Caballero's arm this week, escape to victory style

I saw Vinnie covering his mouth while talking to Joe at the end too - very obviously Willie related. Let's hope he's 'injured' next weekend so Joe can play.

As I said in the match thread, still pisses me off we paid money for him when Westwood was available on a free at the time and is club trained. Not only that but he's a far better keeper than that inept bastard!

He's Pellers' mate though so he'll definitely be in there next weekend which knocks me sick and I feel for every fan that is going.

It would be a huge error IMO to select him next Sunday, but "one of the worst managers in our history"? Not even close.

Did he help get us to the final? We've been here before when Joe was chosen even though he didn't play before.

Willy, with as decent set-up in front of him, can do a good job. As good as Joe though, not really.

I hope we announce he is injured, easy way out for his dad Pellers.

If Willy plays and fucks up there will be real anger directed at Pellegrini. Fans generally understood and sympathised with playing a weakened team today. They will neither forgive nor forget handing the dippers a trophy out of misplaced loyalty.

Pellers kept his Pants on for the League Cup final win against Sunderland, so I expect him to keep his Willy in next Sunday.

Was a good keeper in Spain, so many have stated. Not playing regularly may have not worked for him so well and age catching up perhaps. He made one good save.

Won't be here next season anyway. Was brought in to make Hart get back into form. Something worked, so now we don't need to use a foreign spot on a backup keeper perhaps.

Will play next weekend barring a loss to Kiev where Pelle might pull a Mancini and appease us by playing Hart.

I'd be SHOCKED, if we perform well on Wednesday and Hart plays next weekend...but what do I know.

Pellegrini is a manager players like, which has done him well in his career, generally, so going against that...for better or worse...will not help his reputation for his next managerial offer and his own self-belief (stubborn or not).

Keep dreaming and get ready to raise your anger level at Wembley.

Surely Lawlor will be ahead of this clown next season if we dont manage to move him on in the summer? Cant see us getting any money back on him.

I don't like this 'cup keeper' bollocks, you play your best keeper end of.
Keepers don't need to be rotated it's nonsense.

I'm torn, on the one hand it's good for harmony if everyone's kept happy so can see why managers feel the need to do it, how do attract someone to sign for us if they're not at least going to get their chance to impress in cup games?

On the other hand, if the backup you have is not up to the job then you're just shooting yourself in the foot by playing them.

Could not agree more. I am a big fan of Pellegrini but if Caballero plays next Sunday and he puts in a performance like today again I would advocate biting the bullet and sacking him.
