Just had a text form Naughty Martin. He's a bitter dipper of the highest order. He watched the game on tv and even he has confessed it was a "stonewall" job. First time in his life he had owned up.

Yes, it was a penalty and he didn't give it because he did not want to. Think of the death threats he'd have got for sending off a candlepool player at Wembley.

Whatever the reason, there have been a suspiciously large number of wrong decisions going against City in the last four domestic matches.

Watched two sets of highlights and it appears that this never happened.

David James even went so far as to say willy should have been penalised for coming off his line in the shoot out.

This is the bloke who should have awarded us at least 3 if not 4 penalties against Stretford last season at the Etihad so it comes as no surprise.
About time these bent bastards are brought to account though.

It was one of the most clean cut pens in a major cup final on the biggest media outlet and the ref is going to escape again.

It's a fucking joke

Fuck me, what does he have to do?

That is in the 'Hall of OD', it was that poor. If the next game wasn't between us I'd be furious.

Proves the point, ref's are told.

I'll start by saying I think it is a penalty, bug other than incompetence or corruption I can only suggest that Aguero's final touch is a little heavy & the other defender had it covered and we know refs aren't keen on giving those decisions - but that's me trying to make sense of why a nailed on penalty wasn't given, because honestly I can't

Lifted from scouse Echo

Alberto Moreno was a glaring weak link and City kept on exposing the left-back's defensive deficiencies. Sterling's embarrassing miss was followed by the Spaniard getting away with tripping Aguero in the box.

Compare the lack of a penalty today with the one given against us when we played Tottenham and tell me football isn't corrupt in this country.

He also deemed a Palace defender playing basketball against us not worthy of a spot kick last season iirc.

What a shockingly horrible decision. You'd think we'd get used to it after a while, but no. Still shocking.

Penalty. Over and over again. In all the parallell universes in all the parallell existencies. It would have made Leibniz doubt about this being the most perfect of worlds.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Maybe the title should be... What is a penalty? I think the club should be doing something about this. Corruption should not be tolerated.

Just imagine Yaya and Sergio's goals to games ratio if we had been awarded all those pens we should have had!

That's right pal. 39 stone wall penos waved away since the beginning of last season.

This season is now worse than the 11/12 season for bias. And that really is some feat.
