Pep has a bigger job on his hands then he thinks. He needs to weezle out the lazy work shy bottlers and get some graft and backbone into this team.

Pretty x much sun's me up to.

I'm still livid now. What a bunch of knobs. I think Joe is still getting down to Lallanas shot....

That fall over by Joe has been seen before, cannot remember the game, but sure it was after a rest.

He has problems with shots from outside the box into his left-hand bottom corner. But that shot was from just near the carpark and was moving slower than Yaya with two broken legs and he still let it in. He's probably just changed the shampoo he uses, as no other excuse would make any sense.

Rooney in the FA Cup we lost 2-3 I think.

Crazy is an appropriate word. More chance of navas finishing top scorer or silva scoring a free kick.

Not won back to back PL games since October I read somewhere? Yet we are expected to win 9 out of 10 games. Got to say the odds are against that

Leicester will drop more than 8 points, Spurs will drop more than 4, Arsenal will drop more than 2. I said before the Liverpool game that we need to win 9 or 10 of our last 12, that is still true just it wasn't the first one. The manner of the performance was more worrying than the result but I have no reason to think it will be repeated, we need some luck with injuries though, more than we have had all season. 76 points probably wins it this year, maybe even 75.

Not a hope in hell. We have just lost our last 3 games and they were all deemed must win games. The two cup wins gave me a false sense of belief but all hopes dashed with the embarrassing performance on Wednesday night. Infuriating to look at the table but it just shows how poor we have been, pisses me right off to see us level on points with the rags who have been utter dog shit all season. We could have pissed the league this season if the players had the desire but we just have not shown any fight in so many games.

I think the Euros are the priority of many top players. The performance on Wed was a piss take. Poor bastards who paid for that should be given a refund. Cannot wait to hear the utter shite from the manager today, Tired being his excuse.

i had a fucking horrific dream last night that we lost to Chelsea 10-1.

I was on here losing my shit with the rest of you....phone blowing up, WhatsApp on fire.

it was also one of those dreams where you wake up 100% convinced it was real. Took me a couple mins to reflect and say "Doomy, that didn't happen you half awake fuck."

That's where we are in my mind.

Is there still time to put this on the new badge? in Latin of course...

"We Get Dicked"

cheers

You can all relax, it's all good guys. I've runned a League Predictor and we'll clinch the league title with 4 points to spare:

1. City 76 points
2. Spurs 72 points
3. Arsenal 71 points
4. Leicester 70 points
5. United 68 points
6. Liverpool 64 points
7. Chelsea 61 points
8. West Ham 59 points

Seriously though, it could go both ways. If we continue playing like we've done for most games the last few month there will be a fight for 4th. However, I genuinly believe we could click into form and go on a run. The last seasons, also during the two seasons we won the title, we have never performed greatly over the full season - it's been a lot of ups and downs. During the 2013/2014 season; after losing 3-2 away to Liverpool we only managed a draw at home in the following game against Sunderland and most had given up on the title. We ended up winning the 5 following games to win the title.

We'll need some luck (injuries etc) but mainly just gain some confidence and momentum. If manage to win against Villa (H) and Norwich (A) I'll be confident of beating United at home and by that point we'll have momentum and good chances to win the following games against Bournemouth (A) and West Brom (H). 13-15 points in the next five games and we'll be right in it and I'll believe we would go all the way and win it.

Aaah, some positive thinking on a Friday afternoon..

This is a fuckign reality check for the Pellegrini lickers......this proves just how fuckign bad he has managed us this season.

City's Premier League campaign is going from bad to worse. Defeat to Liverpool on Wednesday, for many, was a fatal blow to their title chances. In a season there for the taking, City have continually fluffed their lines and may have left too much to do.

Bizarrely, it's still a mathematical possibility they could go on and win it but the reality is they look like a side who are missing some key ingredients. They look tired, out of ideas and lacking motivation – a worrying combination of ailments.

Here are five amazing statistics that underline their problems.

City haven't won back-to-back Premier League matches since October
Can you remember City's consecutive wins over Newcastle and Bournemouth in October? Well, remarkably, that was the last time they managed two wins on the spin in the league.

The next time they can achieve that feat is March 12, provided they beat Aston Villa and Norwich in their next two matches. That's FIVE months since the last time they took six points from six.

With City's squad, which is the best in the division, that's a damning statistic that gets to the root of their inconsistency and failure to take hold of this title race.

They've lost three league games in succession for the first time since November 2008
Defeats to Leicester, Tottenham and Liverpool have not only left City's title challenge hanging by a thread – it's landed them an unwanted landmark.

Not since Mark Hughes' City lost to Middlesbrough, Bolton and Tottenham in November 2008 have City lost three league games on the bounce.

Back then, the side contained the likes of Darius Vassell, Jo, Javier Garrido and Gelson Fernandes. This is a very different City side and more is expected.

They have taken just 32 points from their last 22 games
City started the season superbly – winning their first five matches without conceding a goal. The quality of their football was remarkable and some were polishing the trophy in preparation for an early ceremony.

However, since then it's gone badly wrong. They've taken just 32 points from the next 22 games – and average of 1.4 points per game.

City haven't beaten a side in the top eight all season
Not the most important statistic but one that highlights an issue, nonetheless.

It's perfectly possible to win the league without having a positive record against your rivals. Manchester United in 2008/09 is a case in point.

However, City's inability to win a single game against a top-eight team is worrying. They simply have not been able to stand up to their rivals.

City's points total after 27 games is appalling
47 points from 27 games really is an astonishing figure.

To put into perspective, it's City's lowest figure at this stage of the season since 2008/09 under the guidance of Hughes. In Roberto Mancini's title-winning season, they had 66 from 27 games, and in Pellegrini's first year in charge they had 60.

Something has gone seriously wrong.

2015/16: 47

2014/15: 55

2013/14: 60

2012/13: 56

2011/12: 66

2010/11: 49

2009/10: 49

2000/09: 32

He's going at the end of the season. What more do you want?

Do you want to sack him within a week of winning a major trophy? That is disloyal, disrespectful and utterly brainless. And who would you replace him with? Come on, put some names out there. Any caveman can say sack the manager but finding someone better to replace him with (and this bloke has won three trophies in two and three-quarter seasons remember) for three months is a different kettle of fish entirely.

I'm going to give him my support, for what little that is worth, until the end of the season. You never know, he might prove you all wrong like he did with Caballero at Wembley.

What about Tevez as player manager, just to see if he can do what Dalglish did in 1986.

We will go on a run and finish with 77 pts and get pipped to the title by 1 pt ! Deserves us right aswell because we have been truely diabolical in the league this season , utter fucking shocking and with a squad as good as ours there are no excuses ! Yep Clattencunt and a few others have had a direct bearing on several results but we should have strolled to the title this season .

I'm mad Tokyo, I'm mad at most of the lazy fuckign cunts that play for us (or don't as it happens), Im mad at our fuckign clueless manager - all my fuckign whinging is justified , the facts speak for themselves.

I know we aren't going to sack him and quite rightly ,but I'm sick and tired of some fans defending Pellegrini like hes a fuckign legend ...it pisses me off.

I'm staying negative...it's not going away....and neither are all the texts Im getting from my mongoloid Munchenhausen so called mates.

I think this where Man City fans go wrong.......they just dont fuckign boo enough when we play shit,so the players get off scott free IMO !!

We should absolutely hammer them , whether it's at halftime or fulltime...abuse the cunts to ensure they know just how we feel about their inept, couldn't give a shit, performances.

If we play like cunts against Villa I hope the bus gets smashed..with them all in it.

I'm expecting a TOP CLASS PERFORMANCE TODAY.....fuckign top class.

I understand how pissed off you are, mate, and I am in no way telling you what to think. But I do believe fans can make a positive difference. I understand the booing idea as well, extremely tempting when you see top players not putting the work in, but having seen it regularly through the whole Swales-out period, it can also be hugely counter-productive. It is a fine line.

I could easily get mad at them, but what good does it do me? It just brings the heart attack that little bit closer.

I have got no sympathy for you for having mune mates, though. What can you expect from a pig but a grunt? ;-)

Oh, and the facts are three trophies in less than three seasons. Currently the best record in English football, if I am not mistaken.
