The decision to fuck the FA cup off now looks silly

Not really, the win in Kiev gives us a great chance to show our wares. The FA themselves can take the blame for us not being able to compete.

But the reasoning was to prolong both the PL and the CL. Seeing as how we have now given up the PL without so much as a bit of fight, had we beaten Chelsea we would have had a great chance of the FA cup as well. Could understand it if we were still in the PL. That's all

But it had nothing to do with the PL, the next game was CL and that's where all our efforts have been placed. Also, we would've probably been drawn against Everton which I don't think we'd have beaten anyway, not in this form.

The next round of the FA Cup also clashes with the CL. Pellers stated very early on that you cannot fight on all fronts and that the FA Cup would come secondary.

Not that I agree but he had a point.

What's the score?
Probably better off watching that than the nauseating shite that BT are putting out in the Rag v Hammers game. It's just non-stop Rag this, Scum that, when did the Shite takeover BT!

Maybe because Carroll is in the starting line up. Strange one from Bilic when somebody with good touch and movement would cause them all sorts of problems.

Thinking that myself. I thought it was just a way out for the Hammers if they came under some pressure but when a team like the Rags, who don't get many shots off, never mind on target, you'd think they'd go with more technique.

Battering ram it is though.

Strange, that exact same touch was given as a penalty to Liverpool less than a week ago.

What was the difference between the one given for the dippers at Palace and that one not given for West Ham?

Apart from the teams involved. Again, the level playing field not in evidence.

Only to be expected. Glad I got Kane in my FFT, that's the only positive.

And the Rags get the call again. Both in a foot race, both tug on each other - Rag first - but the call goes to the Rags when Payet is through on goal.

How the fuck did the ref call a foul on Payet just then on the breakaway!? Super-biased towards the rags

Payet with Hererra clean through. The rag falls over leaving Payet one on one with the goalie. You guessed it, foul by Payet. The officials doing all they can for the rags
