Just the small matter of qualifying now which is far from certain given Kompany injury and inability to win back to back games since October !

Our coefficient is higher than the UEFA site (which was last updated 24th Feb). We've now got a coefficient of 93.881, putting us in 12th place.

ALWAYS use Bert's site for coefficients. UEFA are slow to update, and sometimes prone to errors in calculating their own system. Says a lot when some hobbyist in the Low Countries is more reliable than a multi-billion Euro organisation. http://kassiesa.home.xs4all.nl/bert/uef ... k2016.html

Thats a great, site, if you click the 2017 link, it shows you there is 0.015 separating Italy and England as things stand. We need Juve and Lazio to go out to make sure we keep the 4th spot. We know we have Liverpool/Rag through so extra points there and we are also through for extra points. Its feckin close

Another thing it shows is that the fair play place, if awarded to a country with a large number of entrants and a team who want to get knocked out to focus on their league campaign, is actually a disadvantage for a country's coefficient. Had West Ham not been awarded a fair play place, England would currently be taking 13.786 points from this campaign, rather than 12.375.

We're not winning CL. The rest is possible.

West Ham don't get the place, but the other 5 do, from what I read at the start of the season.

From the ever-reliable Uefa.com: http://www.uefa.com/uefaeuropaleague/ne ... 15121.html
So Liverpool would go into the Play-Off round, and West Ham would end up in the Europa.

if that were the case I would almost hope for Scum to beat West Ham to the fourth spot ...

I agree, however, hypothetically?

Hypothetically the hammers would be rightly pissed off.

Hypothetically, what would happen if the top four end up;

Leicester
Spuds
City
West Ham

Arsenal win fuck all and Liverpool beat United on penalties after extra time on Thursday but then get hammered next round in the Europa.
United drop out of the Europa places for next year after we start their final demise on Sunday......

Would the world stop turning????

i can't even imagine us playing worth a shit on Sunday. What exactly do you think will happen?

i'd suggest a fucking dodgy as fuck 1-1 or 0-0 OR we get fucked off 3-1.

I usually always brick it over the derby and this one...i feel almost certain we will get fuck all from it.

I'm sorry but on our form? 7 pts from the last 6 matches. Outside of Villa the other points collected were unconvincing and Villa are the shittest team imaginable.

I hope to god we wake the fuck up, but i have no reason to believe something like that will happen this late in the game, with our injuries, and our lame duck gaffer, etc...

it's shit.

cheers

A hypothetical 1-1 seems right.
But a fantastical 2-1 or 3-1 is not unimaginable.
