Thought petrov was decent and played some lovely balls, you don't need to skin an opponent every time if you can pass precisely, besides Martin's game is a ll about getting in behind the full back not directly running at them like SWP, or he likes to get to the byline and bend a cross in.

Beckham never took anyone on in his career but he was fairly decent and still can influence a game. Same deal with Martin for me.

Think he is better sticking to the left though.

Petrov didnt have his greatest game yesterday but he's a unique player in our squad and when he plays we seem to win this season. Last night I thought he played his part in the team, that was the best ive seen from him workratewise I think.

I think he looks much better now he's surrounded by other good players, hope we give him another year or 2.

Martin Petrov could be the best player in the world if he was'nt so scared of defenders and thats his problem he is shit scared of his own shadow.No i am not a hater i dont hate anyone or anything but the truth is if Rigsby had any balls he would be absolute world class.
