Pellers has been the main problem for me this season. Some of his selections are mind-boggling, especially when you know the tactics aren't going to change. I think there's only twice this season where I could say yes, he's thought about the opposition there - one in the CL and one in the PL.

My thoughts are very simple, he's took us backwards.

Pellers is a fuckwit, he must have seen a few days earlier the scousers chase Carrick into the ground, High press V old legs. Does he follow suit... does he bollocks, he gives him a deck chair to stroll about, IMHO he decided to just fuck about until May, once the announcement came. They should have fired him after the 1-4, scousers as the faith in him from the players left the building. Even as far back as the Boro FA Cup game, he was lucky to be here.

But then we hear talk of this squad needing an overhaul when Pep arrives. If we do indeed have the strongest squad then why is there a need for an overhaul?

Surely just a few tweaks should do it or are these claims about our squad being the best grossly exaggerated?

Anyone with half a techinical brain could get into the top 3 with our squad - Pellegrini lost his half this season.

Whats been exaggerated are the fuckign excuses with regards injuries being the main culprit of our predicament....we were shit from October onwards, well before the inuries, and well before Pep was announced.

We need to ship out 5 definite FIRST TEAM players:

BONY
YAYA
DEMI
FERNANDO
MANGALA

50/50 on Kompany to go or stay.

Well before the injuries?

We lost our centre back pairing to injury before the end of September.

We lost Silva around the same time and Delph and Nasri.

Aguero a couple of weeks later, mid October if I recall correctly.

We started the season with Clichy, Zaba and Fernando injured. And then there was Bony struggling to overcome malaria.

Add to that list clichy, kolorov, navas, nasri first two well past their sell by date, nasri never liked him, navas headless chicken

Well, they did change their minds after a few games in but eh, it's easy to change your mind. Look at those though, at least 2 of them will be missing out on top 4. Goes to show how fucked up the season's been, for everyone, not just us.

Yeah I dunno I think only City and Chelsea have completely spit the bit. Rags too I suppose given their spend but honestly I couldn't see them as title contenders for shit. I thought for certain it would be us and Chelski.

Spurs and Leicester obvs the biggest surprises. But realistically they have two great managers making do with what they have and playing to their strengths and not being stubborn twats like Pellegrini, Mourinho and Van Gaal. Interesting lesson.

We have the strongest squad on paper if enough of them are fit enough of the time but once you factor in propensity to injury, age and fitness levels it isn't nearly as strong and that is why we are falling short. A strong finish is still likely though with so many players on their way back. I still think we will be top 4.

Delph, KDB and, gulp, Nasri coming back will help a lot. I'm still not super confident tho as its the defense that's as suspect as the lackadaisical midfield story.

I hope to god we find some form and jog into third. Best case scenario sadly at this stage.

Both of my grannies are dead, but I suppose still they would have made a better fist of it. Ah but of course it's all media bollocks. Granted It's been a terrible league, but really we should be able to beat Arsenal to third and avoid a play off, most of us would gladly accept that.

And they all thought the rags and Chelsea should make the top 4, most thought Chelsea would win it, not one spotted Spurs or Leicester coming. I'd therefore suggest the so called experts are stealing a living, basically putting last season's top 4 into a random order and asking for the cheque.

Noone said injuries havent played a part to our shit season , but to blame this alone on our position is total and utter bollocks.
Pellegrini has had plenty of fit players to take on and beat any of the top 6 sides (Or should that be Top 9??).....he hasnt though has he, hes adopted shit tactics and shit selections with the players at his disposal...using Bony over Nacho manay many many times has already cost us points.Theres more shit selections that have cost us, all down to him and not down to injuries.

So print away !!...as I could print numerous teams that he should have fuckign played whilst A B and C were not available due to injury.

(Ill be fucked if Im going to do so as it was obvious to any BLUE that his selection against certain teams was fuckign stupid)
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I'll tell you what I think ignoring the last game we played.

We look like a team in early pre-season. Crap selections, lethargic performances and many many injuries. And announcing Pep coming in January was a bonehead move, even if LVG knows he's gone(and if Maureen is on the table he should be), there is no way he's telling anyone, no way the club is announcing it and no way Maureen let's the press know. It has literally zero upside to the current season and possible a huge detriment to the motivation of the players.

Like you and I said earlier in the season, we'd take 4th and the league cup...well one down.

I was wrong when I argued that the Pep announcement wouldnt have a negative effect on the teams performance as it obviously fuckign has , how much of a % is down to that, is anyones guess.
You would think that players would play their heart out to impress the incoming manager but they went backwards whilst at BM they are still 1st and still playing like the champions they are.........fucks me off.

Yes , we both said 4th and the LC will be a mega result , play like today and we will make it.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

The teams set up V the Scousers, Scum, The foxes was wrong. Add 6! More points from any of our 9 defeats, or failure to get wins v the the top 8 and we are still in it, The manager has gone with telegraphed tactics, result they saw us coming.

You find out a lot more about the team in adversity. It's fucked up this season, but I suspect Pep will now know who has the wrong attitude without even needing to meet them.
