Tickets on the OS

Postby Wonderwall » Mon Apr 18, 2016 8:33 am

Site crashed. Who would have thought that there would be a high demand. I was on and had 2 tickets in my basket when it crashed. I am now in position 500 on the phone.

Our much lauded award winning website cannot handle a big game once again

same everytime mate, bloody joke that a club cant have a server to handle this. How the hell can others sell out concerts in minutes without the site crashing. No matter how good we get on the pitch, ticket office will always be a league one standard

I got in, despite being on the scheme just to see what there is left as I have friends wanting to go, but couldn't choose any as I am on the scheme, mustn't be many left!

Doesn't sound good for me so. I got in eventually but can't buy until 14:00.
Lucky I didn't promise my young lad anything.

It looks to be back up and running. They messed up earlier. When I was in at 9am I could buy 4 tickets and car parking??? Looks they must have taken it down themselves to rectify the allocation. It's now 2 per person. I was 4000+ in the Web queue an 410 in the phone queue when it sprang into life and worked like a dream. Someone had already nabbed my seat though. Did managed to get next to the Madrid fans though in 314 row G. Good seats £60 for me and my 18yr old.

The bigger the profile of the game the less tickets for the TRUE supporter. This will be jam packed full of corporate!

It worked and got some, although it's very slow loading every page. You can only pick a block, not your own seats, which is a pain, so everyone will be lost getting in.

Not sure allowing all season ticket holders to buy 2 is fair, as just members are really going to struggle

Row 1. Ouch. Sat there once for a cup game and lasted 10 minutes getting piss wet through before KK text me to tell me the seat next to him was free. Thank God. But I was already dripping wet. I hope it's dry mate.

Used to like moving to get new views for cup games and one time, idiot on the phone offered me two seats, front row bang on middle of side stand in middle tier - get in! Turned up to discover front row of bottom tier. Soaked, sat in a lake and couldn't see SWP when he was on the far touchline.

It's still not working. What a joke. I got mine after two hours but a mate wants a couple and you just can't get on without being thrown out. Are we ever going to get it right with the ticket situation?
